I will stay here again. The staff was very friendly .

The breakfast was great and it was free . The location was great to downtown . The pool & hot tub added to the fun .

The bar was closed when I was there 😳but we made do. They let us take beer to the pool so really can't complain .

We wouldn't come back due to the smell of the room and the issue with the ac in our room.

The sheet smelled clean, like bleach and the beds and pillows are comfortable. The lobby was clean.

The room we were in smelled like a wet dog and the ac didn't get the room cold enough. We didn't get to the hotel until after 9pm and were too tired from driving all day to go back downstairs and switch rooms. I wouldn't come back here in the future.

Pleasant

Beds were very comfortable. And the bathroom was well stocked.

There was zero cell phone reception inside the hotel. I had to go out to my car just to call anyone. This really needs to be fixed.

Highly recommended

The most comfortable beds ever. Very clean and well appointed throughout the building. Helpful staff and easy to reach.

Not their fault, but the connected restaurant was not fully stocked or functional. Prices are too high for quality given. This will probably improve with time.

don’t stay here!!!!!!

It was centrally located to the different areas of San Angelo. I needed to be at.

Hotel was dirty the room was dirty the elevators were dirty. I don’t know if there was any part of the hotel that wasn’t dirty with that being said, there was like actual humans spit in the elevator with boogers and all multiple times we went to the elevator, not being cleaned room disgusting fire alarms went off three times in one night not one phone call from the front desk, reassuring us that nothing was wrong. No fire and the fire trucks showed up still nothing from staff. really useless waste of space.

Exceptional

Everything was updated, last time I was there wasn't as great only because they were remodeling. Since then all looks much better. Didn't get to try the pool but will next time. All was clean in the room.

Had 2 rooms one key didn't work but the front office fixed it promptly.

Overall I would be booking again.

We didn't get to eat breakfast because our softball games were earlier than when breakfast started. The restaurant and bar area was a nice little hangout place. The restaurant had some excellent wings. The room was cozy enough for my family of 4.

I don't have anything bad to say.

location and breakfast was better than many free breakfast included hotels

too many issues with rooms that were not up to par. first room smelled, second room missing clock and the clocks in rooms are only usb connections in room. elevator buttons out.

One side of the room had no power, including the TV, microwave and fridge. There was no maid service, or explanation of why not, the facility was dirty

Very nice place to stay

Because I was at Fort Conch every day of my visit, I especially liked how convenient it was to the fort. I was also pleasantly surprised that the hotel had someone who would cook an omelette at your request.

Can’t think of anything in particular; I didn’t use the pool so I can’t say anything about that

Everything was pleasant and we will stay here again.

All of the staff was very nice and courteous. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Even though we had a last minute booking due to another property not accommodating us at the last minute the accepted us with open arms and provided us with exactly what we needed. I do recommend this hotel. Breakfast was good as well, especially the omelette station.

Walls like paper.

Breakfast was wonderful and the man taking care of it was great.

Very noisy. I had my mom at emergency room and when we got back to hotel she could not rest. Walls are like paper. The people next to us had tv on and it was loud in our room. People very load slamming doors and in the halls till after midnight. We got no rest and my mother really needed it.

Since I was forewarned about the remodel our stay was adequate. Looking forward to when they finish.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was adequate for a hotel undergoing a major remodeling project.

From reading recent reviews I was aware that they are undertaking a major remodeling project and it was obvious on entering the lobby. For the breakfast buffet, they had a major electrical problem that eliminated some of the offerings. The gentleman working the buffet went out of his way to offer as much as possible under difficult situation.

Disappointing

We had no cable and was told it was going to be fixed and was not. We understand renovations, but when I walked to the 1st floor and happened to take a glance, the mold on the wall was very concerning it was quite a bit. There was mold on our shower curtin and the ice machine.

It was ok. Just ok.

Location was good. Room was clean enough.

Chose this place due to the decent cost, and the pictures on the website looked appealing. But, the pictures must have been from when the property was new. Lots of remodeling going on, so there was lots of areas that were not looking like the adverts. Even after calling the front desk to check on room amenities, there was no mention of loose carpet, hallways that were half blocked with remodeling equipment, etc.
