very clean and quiet
my husband said breakfast wasn’t all that great.
9.0
Convenient, safe, and a good value for the price; breakfast was good, and in particular we appreciated your employee, Sara, at breakfast making everyone feel welcome and serving us well!
I cannot think of anything, thank you!

Breakfast was probably the only thing that was ok.
Everything!! Was charged for 4 nights and my booking was only for 2. I am being told they never received the first charged I was charged 253$ then was told their system had timed out and couldn’t give me my room so they charged me for another night I did approve just so I could get my babies to rest 127$ then the next morning I was charged 139$ I did not approve. Hotel was disgusting, everything was dirty and the hotel was simply not safe!! And dirty!! Do not recommend AT ALL!!

Staff was friendly
Refrigerator had leftover food from previous guest in it, shower had not been cleaned...had long hairs in it. Staff cleaned room while we were out, they took dirty towels but never brought fresh.

The staff the location and the bed was so. Comfortable.
There wasn't anything I could say I disliked over all I like the stay.

location
mold in closet, in room 317, 315 didn’t have a clean bathroom.

guess locations
That the person who checked us in , kind of out in space , nervous, confused. Then we spend the 1st night in room 317. open closet in morning to find black mold, in closet see attached picture. Husband and myself suffered irritated throat’s, I still have a heaviness in my chest for days. Then we are put in 315 only to find dirty bathroom tub area, no bedding for the sofa bed for this room either. Rented for 3 nights for 5 people. Seriously I would expect so type of compensation or better room neither happened.

The room was dirty, there were stains on the bed, and the bathroom was dirty as well.

Good bed and AC, Most staff were pleasant. Parking was good. Security seemed good.
Cave-like shower should have been a highlight but....
1) there wasn't any place to put your towel
2) whoever designed the shower with small grouted tiles ceiling to floor (including the shower floor) must not have ever tried to clean all the tiles and grout. Housekeeping seemed good, but these showers would be impossible to keep sparkling.

just all of it
I loved it

Not in the middle of things, but not too far away. It is right off of I20.

I loved the stay and staff the only thing wrong was that when we showered the tub filled up with water and it wasn't hot hot water to use however it was an awesome stay

I loved the location, the breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. It was clean and it smells good when you walk in. The beds. They were SO comfortable and the pillows. Felt like I was sleeping on clouds.
You can literally hear everything in the hallways. You can hear everyone’s conversation while they were in their room. Definitely not sound proof. so if you know you know. lol The doors don’t close good. My tv stopped working and it took 3 days after asking twice for the front desk to come look at it.
I left for a full day, I know I shut my hotel door and when I came back late it was open. thankfully nothing was taken.
But other than my complaints it was alright

toilet and bath seemed clean.
sheets smelled like aftershave. noisy, blow dryer didn’t work, rugs looked dirty and booking didn’t list that they hold $100.00 for 3 days plus your room fee. I reserved an accessible room and it had a bathtub to step into for a shower.

The staff was very friendly
None of the vending machines worked. The floor in the room was kinda messed up. There was water left in the tub for some reason.

the night attendant was hands down the best part of our very important family trip . after 5pm she was there . Day time staff was not as on point and customer concerned
our room did not lock !! was told by housekeeping maintenance would be there to fix it we had no choice but to leave @2:30with all our belongings having to be packed down from the 3rd floor king rooms we booked .. came back after our event to a room that was still not locking .. at around 7 we were move to another room a double not what I had reserved weeks in advance but definitely was happy it was close to the 2nd room we had rented for our children

Thermostat was broken and could not control heat and air. Definitely a minus as far as using Sleep In again
Everything needs to be in working order
