I'll probably come back

The desk agent at check in was fun to talk to. Later, there was a problem with the air conditioning unit. The night desk person came out and took care of it right away. Turns out it was unplugged. Everything in the room was clean and the bedding was very comfortable.

I think the carpets need to be cleaned. The duvet covers looked like they were a little worn out. I think most hotels need better lighting in the rooms, this Clarion was no exception. I had a corner room, and since it's an outdoor hotel there was an extra window. This was very nice.

Was perfect for our one night stay

Fantastic breakfast: waffles, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, cold cereal, 2 kinds of scrambled eggs, and much more. Right next door to Black Bear. Would definitely stay there again!

Probably won’t stay there again, not worth the money paid for a night.

They had a pool and hot tub outside. There was also a gym and laundry room onsite. Breakfast was good and had good variety. Table games were available from front desk.

Outdated rooms, rug in bathroom. Bathtub was not cleaned properly. Check in took forever due to computers being down.

It was a good place to sleep and feed my kids while we played in St George, but not a room I’d hang out in.

Staff was friendly, location was excellent, I was very pleased with the amount of food offered at the breakfast. My kids really liked it.

The room was “clean” but it could use a deep clean. It’s not updated, but we also got it for a lower cost so I didn’t expect more.

Great location, close to freeway and restaurants nearby! Facilities and room were very clean. I like that the room had a refrigerator and microwave, very convenient when traveling with family.

Great place to stay and be close to activities that St. George has to offer.

The location was very good. The breakfast for the most part was good, scrambled eggs don't usually taste good when left out in those containers but that is everywhere. The room was quiet. I enjoyed the jacuzzi. The first day we were so tired and did not want to go and look for somewhere to eat. Nice having 5 choices within walking distance. The city parks were very nice.

The carpet in the room looked old and no matter how often you clean it, there are things that just stay. Having it in the bathroom is not very hygenic. The lights in the bathroom however were very nice.

It was a well placed stop for our trip. We have family in St George but we didn’t want to impose.

Didn’t have to walk far to room. Comfortable bed.

The bathroom door should swing out not in as you can’t open the door until you squeeze between the tub and the toilet for the door to open. I got sick and couldn’t call my son to help until I stumbled out and to the bed. If I had passed out, he would not have been able to get to me. DANGEROUS! Floor did not feel like there was padding under the carpet at all.

Great stay & value

Nice to have a bigger fridge while traveling that was empty so we could put important medicine in. Comfortable stay & close to walking distance of many restaurants & fast food that was a bonus bc being in the car all day it’s nice to walk to a restaurant

I wish the queen beds were real queen beds. Having 2 adults & 2 teen boys share a bed that was smaller then usual Queen but luckily for the couch but it didn’t make into a bed

Not as good as a few years ago, but okay still with a great location. Staff was a disappointment.

Breakfast was excellent. Nothing else stood out as particularly good.

Totally failed at our wakeup calls two days straight. Fortunately we woke up in time to make our costly meeting. Absolute failure. No room cleanup of any sort unless requested until after three days. Not good, for expendables such as room coffee. Puts the onus on the guest, and that should not be.
