Cleanliness, friendly staff, breakfast, location
Bathroom could use more towel racks. The shower sprayer was too big for small shower.
4.5
Clean, dependable, quiet, comfortable, nice breakfast. We've stayed here several times.
Breakfast is served only until 9 a.m.

I loved the cleanliness, friendly staff, and comfortable bed.
I didn’t like hearing other rooms door slam in the hallway constantly early in the morning.

Bed slept great. Breakfast was hot and yummy. Easy access off of I81.

Only 1night stay ..very comfortable

Right off route 81
Looks like they are in process of updating or never finished work. All rooms had paper numbers taped on doors, no vending machines, impossible tiny bathroom & shower, and no bottom of door sound proof with more than inch spacing

Staff very welcoming, showed genuine interest & informative!
Eventhough hotel was under renovation, guests were isolated from construction area. Designated guest areas were clean and quiet.
Breakfast options were very good.....REAL fresh brewed coffee hot entrees, bagels, yogurt, waffles, fruit, etc. (another Sleep Inn on my trip offered machine coffee, and only waffles or cold cereal)
No exercise room or pool. Breakfast seating was limited....maybe due to construction.
Price was a bit high considering construction.

Rooms were very comfortable.
Closely located off I 81.
Reasonable price.

The staff is always friendly whenever we stay on our travels north. The renovations are a definite improvement. The breakfast is well stocked and perfect for our needs.
Unfortunately, the room refrigerator wasn’t working to capacity. We ended up having to throw away the perishable food we had. The other problem was the air conditioning unit. It would kick on with a loud, grinding noise that continued until it was dialed back. Was not conducive to a good night’s sleep.

C’était parfait très propre pas de tapis . Je crois qu’il est très récent. Je vais le reprendre
Rien

Hostess was very friendly in the breakfast area.
Understand facility has been under renovation therefore was not able to grant our request for the first floor room. The furnace for room 220 made a loud rattlling (vibration) noise when it would first come on in the heating mode, eventually it would quiet down when it as just the fan running. Stairs from the ground floor to the second floor need railings for safety.

The hotel is on a main road so it is easy to find but there is no noise from the road once you are in the hotel. Ample parking. Friendly staff. A good hotel to stay at while visiting the area. I would stay again.
There is only a small area for the basic buffet breakfast and only a few tables and seats available, which meant it became overcrowded at peak time.

We have stayed at this Sleep Inn every August for the last 6-7 years. We attend a weekend event just outside Staunton, VA, and this hotel has become our "go to". It's not spectacular, e.g., no pool or hot tub, but it is clean, has a courteous staff, a good breakfast. Very functional and comfortable.
My only complaint -- there were no vegetarian friendly breakfast biscuits, i.e., all breakfast biscuits had meat on them. That is a MINOR complaint. There were waffles, boiled eggs, bagels and cream cheese, etc,; so, I had no problem finding nourishment.
4.5
Convenient location, clean with a friendly staff.
Only stayed one night so really did not have any thing negative.

Small bathroom

Clean, friendly staff and beds were SO COMFY
Shower head was behind the shower door so it was hard to test the water temperature without getting completely in

Stand alone shower, didn’t have to step over tub.
Carpet needs to be updated.

The beds were very comfortable
The breakfast area was very small and didn't have a very good selection of food. Most was pre-packaged food that had to be microwaved

Seemed fairly new, tidy
Room had a bad odor

The staff was excellent. Lobby with plenty of free coffee
There are no outlets to plug in your phone charger without the plug adapter. No ice machines except on first floor

The staff was extremely friendly when we arrived. We were traveling with a dog. She gave Jan a dog treat and toy which was great. Our room was clean and comfortable. The little extras like coffee and food in the lobby was extremely nice. We had four pillows which was great for comfort. This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in for a long time.
There was nothing we did not like. It was a perfect place to stay, clean, and convenient with lots of unexpected extras which made the stay even better.
