Good value for the price and location is convenient!

the breakfast , location & room were enjoyable! Small heated indoor pool was nice too.

My first stay

The cleanliness.

The mattress was NOT comfortable. Not supportive for a 180 lb person. Had to go sit and wait 20 mins because I was early even though the room was ready and available while the female played with her phone.

Was ok for sleeping one night.

Location

The breakfast didn’t have many options. The eggs were disgusting and the bread was in plastic bags. The coffee was cheap. The breakfast didn’t offer bagels or English muffins like the comfort suites in Williamsburg.

I thought ( 76 yrs old ) everything was perfect and comfortable. Very satisfied with my accommodations.

We would never stay in that hotel again.

The breakfast was typical to other two star hotels. The staff was absolutely wonderful.

We have food in a cooler we need to refrigerate when we travel. The refrigerator in our room was not plugged in. It took hours to get cold. The icemaker on our floor was broken. It was a horrible musty smell in the room. We were very lucky to find a parking space. The parking is so terrible there we were afraid to leave to go out and get dinner after traveling all day as we were afraid we wouldn’t get a spot. I found that so unacceptable. We ate snacks in our room.

Breakfast staff was outstanding. she was a superb workerKept the food coming and was constantly cleaning.

We got charged double and now have to wait for the charge to be posted on our credit card for the second charge to be taken off which means we have to be vigilant in calling to get it taken care of.

Felt like home

it was very clean and the breakfast was good. Suzanne, who is the breakfast manager at the place was exceptionally welcoming. Once she found out that we were traveling, she offered us a togo bag with a bottle of water, a piece of fruit and a granola bar. That made such an impression on me as to how this place welcomes their customers. Will definitely book this place on our travels again.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and we found hair in it. there was also hair on the floor in the bathroom

Very good value, great location, very friendly staff.

Thus was a good value for a traveling overnight stay. Morning hot breakfast was good.

The facility is older and does need some room upgrading. Typically of tourist or transient motels hotels, owners seldom reinvest in their property. This property was okay but not stellar but a very good comparative value

Exceptional

The whole stay was great. Even though we were only there 1 night as we drove home from North Carolina, it was enjoyable. The best part was the lovely young woman who checked us in. She was friendly and so helpful. I am handicapped and sometimes very simple things Ike taking a shower xan become a chore. I booked an accessible room thT looked like it gad a fold down shower bench because I cannot get through a shower without being able to sit. The room unfortunately did not have the fold down seat but the young woman checked and was able to provide a shower chair for me. She even brought it down to the room. That made my stay. Really made a difference. Also, the room was spacious, well appointed, and did not hurt that the bed wS so comfortable. We were well rested and enjoyed a nice hot breakfast to fet on the nect 6h leg of our journey. Thank you Comfort Suites. Would definitely stay there again.
