Nice staff but showing its age.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast area was large and well laid-out.

There was a parking lot light that spotlit our room the whole night and even with the curtains closed, the room was super bright. It was really annoying. The hotel pool was also showing its age, but it is an older hotel.

Very good

The service we had when we arrived was awesome. Coming from 3.5 away, dealing with Richmond traffic on a Friday afternoon, couldn't ask for another person to be at the front counter

Not bad, but not greaet. Won't stay there again.

The breakfast was not that great. Soggy bacon, so-so eggs, not great gravy for the biscuits.

Apparently the hotel is pet friendly because we could smell urine in parts of the carpet. The in room air conditioner was loud all night and didn't work all that great. The shower head was very low for a 6' tall person. The beds were NOT queen beds even though the staff said they were when I asked and they were so-so in terms of comfortableness. I wish the hot tub would have been open pass 10pm.

Very good

The pool was great and small, but the excellent Staff was friendly. hotel was close to VA Safria and food.

The bed hurt my back. However, the beds worked for everyone else. I have back problems. The hotel is older but still looks good.

average….breakfast terrible—windows filthy/security door did not lock…. Christmas Tree still up in Lobby! that says

booked room early—because of graduations…… only to find out we could have saved $150.00 with price drop. they would NOT honor price difference. they said because we booked with Booking.com….

Great location, friendly helpful staff, I plan on staying again.

The breakfast was pretty good. Not a fan of the scrambled eggs. I liked the fact that real meat was served. Coffee was super. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

Superb

lovely front desk and breakfast team. pleasantly surprised with the room, its size and cleanliness. Comfortable and had a great coffee/tea station 24x7.

Grout needs a bit of cleaning in the bathroom. But it's pretty minor compared to how clean and pleasant the room was.

Why the extra bs and just could have taken my email to see I WAS A MEMBER.

I booked on line NOT signing on the app. I was in a hurry. IAM A MEMBER. Regardless of cost. I pre paid for the king suite with the hot tub in the room. I checked in asking for two wake up calls and she put them in. She said since I'm not a member I have to pit a deposit of 250 dollars wither cash or card. I gave cash. I had to get up at 3 am for work so she explained the person at the desk needed to inspect the room before leaving to get back my money. She was rude didn't even say she could help me be a member or take my email to put it in to see I was a member. I was tired just wanted to get clean n sleep. The next morning at 3 30 I went to get person to check my room so I could get on the road to work. There was a sign up said with another customer be back in a few minutes. I hollered I'm the only one up and where was someone. Therapy was putting eggs out for breakfast that early . She came and I told heri needed to get to work so she walked through my room to make sure I didn't trash anything. Absolutely crazy. All because the other lady didn't wanna look up my email to see that I was a member then I wouldn't have had to go through all of that. I work alot and don't need the extra attitudes or bs.

Attitudes from desk clerks no coffee kept in lobby for ppl like me who have to get up earlier for work no bag breakfast option for early workers.who miss 6 am breakfast.

We checked in at 3:30am and was told we didn’t have to check out til the following day. Was woke by house keeers at 8:00

we checked in at 3:30am and was woke up at 8am by housekeeping and then re woke again at 11:00am saying we had to be checked out immediately. why pay over $100 for 5hrs of sleep?
