Terrible experience. Don't try to relax. No pool!

The scenery in the area was lovely. The hotel was clean.

We were staying one night and desperate needed time to relax. Check put time is 11am. We had no plan to stay past that. At 940am, housekeeping knocked and opened the door. We were still in bed but awake. At 1020am our room phone rang. It was the front desk clerk asking if we were "OK" and reminding us that check out was 11am. At 1055am the phone rang again, asking us if we'd be out by 11am. I asked what the rush was. I was told that it was required, by the owner, to make sure rooms were.cleared by check out. Also, one of the reasons we chose this hotel is that a pool is listed as one of the amenities. I was going to the pool just after check in, and I was told that the pool was closed. The evening desk clerk told me that we could use the pool at a sister property 10 minutes away. He explained that in order to do so, we would need to come to the desk, request the pool, rheybwould call the sister property, get permission and then we could use the pool. Are you kidding me? The desk clerk the next day stated that we should have called first to verify the pool was open, insinuating it was our fault we had no use of a pool. Crappy customer service.

Very Disappointing

Location was convenient for food and for I 81.

The bathroom door was not functional! The regular door had been replaced with a “handmade sliding barn door” style door that was too small to cover the entire opening. It also was only connected at the top. My small dog kept trying to get in the bathroom. I had to worry about him getting choked by the loose hanging door. Unsafe, tacky, and a lack of privacy!

Breakfast was good-fairly nice selection.

Great stay for a great price.

The location was great. The staff was friendly. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

The pool was not open yet but we found a great park a mile away for our little one to play at.

The breakfast was very good. Everything was delicious and all the little touches mean a lot to travellers. The beds were comfortable also.

I wish that the room had blackening curtains. The lights are bright in the area.

It provided a place to stay close to the main highway with a very good breakfast. The room and bathroom were not great.

rundown property. The bathroom smelled terrible like sewer issues. Room was dark and dreary. The best part was the breakfast which offered a variety of options. The staff were friendly and busy cleaning up and replenishing food.

The place is old and in need of renovations.

Great value with a nice breakfast.

Great location. Stayed over in route to SC. Close to restaurants and stores. Many chain restaurants to choose from. Nice little downtown area which we visited the next morning. Hotel had a great breakfast for the money. Hot waffle machine, sausage and eggs along with cereal, bagels, muffins, fruit, etc…. Rooms were clean, comfortable and secure. Entrance/exit doors wouldn’t allow entrance without room card and they actually worked. Elevator available to second floor. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing negative worth noting. Can’t beat hotel for the price.

Very accessible location with lots of food options in the immediate area

It wasn’t a big deal but you could see that the building itself was a little tired lots of banged up corners and walls, etc.

Our stay was fantastic

It was a great stay! The facility was nice and clean! The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great!! I really enjoyed our stay!!

Was sleep deprived because the matress was so uncomfortable.

The beds are non-supportive. The box springs are atrocious. When one person rolled over the other person was bounced around like a trampoline. I have stayed at other Comfort Inn locations that had adequate beds, yours feel miserably short.

Disappointing

The breakfast was adequate. The staff member who monitored breakfast was also the person who "manned" the front desk. She did a good job.

There was old dirt in the corners of the bathroom and the tub did not look appealing. Furniture in the bedroom showed a LOT of wear. Lobby area looked good.

The whole family wanted to stay longer but we had to get back on the highway..

The staff was really great , and the hotel and room was very clean and comfortable and also the beds . and the room was very quite . The hot and cold food and coffee was excellent and the lady that took care of the eating area was very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We didn't dislike anything , everything was very comfortable and the staff was excellent .
