I always choose this hotel on our drive to Myrtle Beach. This year I was very disappointed, the toilet did not flush well and had to ask for a plunger, the fridge was not plugged in so unable to use for our cold items, the front office did take my cold food and place in the office fridge for me. Though I was disappointed the staff made every effort to accommodate my requests.

As I described above the toilet was not working well and when you know guests are checking in the fridge should be plugged in and cool for the guest to utilize.

nice and close to highway . staff were very pleasant and helped us out 100% with any issue we had. extra blankets , figuring out how the lights went on. the door locks. we were very tired and they helped us with every issue

moldy wall, no remote to tv, no hot water

There was No breakfast or breakfast area. You could get a dry cereal & milk & coffee at the front desk. There was no bag lunch to go. Coffee was cold and old. There was no coffee pot, hairdryer etc in the room. The workers mates washed their loud trucks right in front of the door. Soda & snack machine did not work.

Their ads lie! Also, Their accommodations, cut off the very sharp edges on the beds that are sticking out 3” past the box springs that I got cut on.
