This wasn’t the best hotel experience we’ve ever had but the customer service was excellent.

Great location and friendly helpful staff. Special kudos to desk clerk Cheyenne who was kind, helpful and persistent in resolving an issue with the lock on our door.

A little outdated, breakfast wasn’t great. We had an issue with the lock on our door which caused a bit of a problem but it was finally resolved.

Nice but not worth 500.00 plus dollars for 2 night ! Way too much !

Pool area great for my daughter . Breakfast wasn’t the best but wasn’t bad. The location was great for the reason why we were there

The PRICE , way over rated ! Should not have had to pay over 500.00 for 2 nights for this place ! It wasn’t awful but it wasn’t worth 500.00 plus dollars ! The rooms were decent but out dated ! The shower the water was to my ankles ! The rooms were dark !

Hotel needs a refresh to bring up to 2020 standards.

Hot Breakfast was great. The furniture is wore out, lack of working electrical outlets. Bed was comfortable. Hotels in this area are long in the tooth.

Condition of the furnishings and the lack of working outlets. The base trim was missing with exposed wiring. The HVAC unit was not plugged in, plugged it in and it worked luckily.

the continental breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable.

Our room was not the cleanest, stuff was broken and you could tell the room hasn’t been cleaned well in a while.

OK but a little spendy for what it was.

The breakfast was fine - but many there was a limited amount of many items and there was a bunch of dirty tables limiting places to sit. Coffee ran out and was not immediately replaced.

Toilet was very low and small. TV was a little small

Fantastic time

Lindsey was the nicest person and so helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is in the best location for your HODAG hunting. Will definitely be back

The room was just what we needed for our stay.

The breakfast was just what we needed. It was fast and had a wide variety of food.

The rooms need a little updating. The sink in the bath was cracked and the lighting in the bath could have been brighter. There was a lamp in the room that was not plugged in because there was wasn’t an outlet near.

It was pefect.

Very good--& the attendant was exceptional--so friendly & helpful--Only had the breakfast there the morning we left but only because we were anxious to get to our friends cottage on the lake nearby.

Really don't like the fact that they don't come in every day for towel replacement, etc. I know this is standard since COVID & the situation is the same everywhere, so I am just expressing my opinion as a whole.

Would stay again.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Location was good.

Toilet seat was loose and beds were a little softer than we like but still got some sleep.

hot tub is way tooooooo hotel. was looking forward to relaxing in it and my mom for her arthritis but it was way toooooooooooo HOT. every time i stayed there it was always too hot. didnt enjoy my free time..
