Disgusting and disgusted

The morning lady of my check out was friendly

The room smelt of smoke in a none smoking room, there was human excrement on the floor/wall and side of toilet in bathroom. The snakes I got out of the vending machine were expired. I have photos and videos of all of this. Absolutely horrible, I am an active duty service member moving from Pennsylvania to Washington state with my dog and just wanted a good place to lay my head down with my service animal…never again here

Overall, safe, comfortable, and friendly stay.

I loved the staff and amenities, such as pool and breakfast.

I did wish my room was a little more clean. There was writing on my mirror from the prior guests. That made me question what else wasn’t cleaned well. Also, the sofa bed didn’t have sheets on it.

Much better than your average Quality Inn!

Wow. So impressed. Honestly, I don’t expect much from Quality Inn. It’s where we stay when we are wanting a budget-friendly option, knowing that it will likely be older and a bit rundown. But seriously, it was a way better experience than the Hilton we stayed at a few nights ago. Pros: Stephanie! She was so helpful when I needed a quiet place to work to not wake my family before hopping back on the road. Perfect location. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, etc. Very comfortable beds. Larger than normal mini fridge. Some updates have been done - newer paint, nice bathroom counters. And the hotel smelled good, not old/stale.

No complaints.

It was ok, not sure I'd stay again

Breakfast was ok, beds were comfortable and room was nice

Bathroom sink was plugged and shower had hairs in it. The worse part of stay was the "animals" from out of town starting a group fight in the hallway next to my room, scared the hell out of my child. Same losers leave their trash in the hallways and stunk like pot. Too bad you couldn't pre-screening people like this but then you would be racist. The "animals" will just keep the good paying people from wanting to stay again.

Not satisfied at all

Didn’t eat breakfast

I paid for a room with the jacuzzi only to find out it was hair inside it and also where the jets are it was so much built up dirt and etc inside it it wasn’t safe to even use it. Very poor house keeping. Also kids bumping and jumping above my head at 6 in the morning

Worth booking again

Stephanie was a beast and was always on top of guests' questions and needs as well as keeping the hot breakfast full and stocked. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Pool area seemed neglected. A lot of trash bits and never any clean pool towels on the towel rack every time we went to use it.

VERY CLEAN AND COURTEOUS

The employees were very helpful and courteous. Hotel has breakfast on-site which has lots to choose from. More than any others in the area.

The bathroom was a bit small, but not too crampt.

Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Updated, clean and spacious, front desk very friendly and already assumed we wanted adjoining rooms because they were under the same name, so we didn't even have to ask.

Would have liked just a little more variety for breakfast but definitely something there for everyone.

I suspect bedbugs.

It’s in a good location in the Wisconsin Dells. Close to many good restaurants and things to do.

I suspect bed bugs. I always check the beds when I arrive and didn’t see signs on the mattress where I checked. The room had a dirty shoe smell that hit me when I walked in. The comforter was not clean but I had my own blanket so I just took that off. I stayed there three nights. On the morning after the last night I found 7 bites on my right leg. I lifted the entire mattress up and looked under it. Black mildew like spots and a grayish shadow about a foot in diameter, right below where my back would be laying. The edges of the mattress seemed fine. There was dirt as well. This was my second time staying. It will be my last.

Good accommodations, great staff that care about the guests.

Breakfast was good, complete with eggs, cereal, various rolls and bread choices, juice and fresh fruit. The room was "roomy", clean with a comfortable queen size bed.

There is no gym or workout room.

Nice stay except use of the pool, which was important to us.

The pool was not compatible for any of our group. The ladders are too difficult to use. The rungs are spaced to far apart and are not stable enough. We couldn't get in or out of the pool. The hotel is very nice, however the pool needs a set of stairs. I know portable stairs are available. My health club has them.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast.

The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. Our refrigerator was so frosted over it would not shut. I reported it and we had a new one when we returned from our days activities.

The outside of the property was covered in bird droppings, due to a large group of birds nesting in the eaves. There was a lt of garbage blowing around the parking lot and field in front of the hotel.

Would not recommend or stay here again

The room was clean especially the bathroom but the room had a terrible smell and the breakfast was pretty good.

We arrived 90 minutes before check in was told our room wasn’t ready on the 3rd floor. Woman at front desk said she could give us another king room on 1st floor but it would be noisy with kids running around I told her no and we would come back later. When we returned 2 hrs later there was another woman working she gave us a room on the 1st floor when i tried to explain what transpired earlier she gave me the deer in the headlights look so we took the 1st floor room. Immediately got a foul odor coming from the room like dirty feet. The window was partially open like the maid was trying to air it out

The owner was nice and cleaned what was dirty.

There was a funky dirty smell walking into the hallway and once entering the room. The wall by the head board had a blood looking stain on it and the outside of the toilet was dirty.

clean and conveniently located

when I arrived they said they cancelled my booking due to a card issue. and said they called me but I had no missed calls and had service and my phone on me all day. then they found a room for me as a walk-in. but after that little hiccup the facilities were clean and fine, breakfast was good, and I found the price on booking.com to be fair
