Bad

It was about 20 minutes to beach.

The door didn't lock. The floor was coming up, there was about an inch gap in bottom between door and floor. The floor was nasty wasn't clean. No table . Pictures of rooms online was nothing like what the the room was really like.

horrible customer service, nothing works in the room. Water was dripping all night. Went to front desk for help or another room, very rude & didnt help fix the issue. instead i was told that everything does work fine in the room….

Super 8 Pensacola did not meet expectations and is not recommended

Not much! The TV worked and the refrigerator was convenient.

The one and only ice machine at the motel was broken. Super 8 management was considerate enough to reimburse me for a bag of ice at Walmart. Upon check in, I found It difficult to understand the clerk. His English had a heavy accent and he not speak up. For $150, the room was very modest. The floor was had a dirty film on it. The couch looked worn and dusty. Booking . com says breakfast is served but the motel did not serve breakfast. I went to the office at 8:00 a.m. and it was all locked up..... no staff and not a food item in sight. I would like to get a refund for the breakfast that I paid booking.com for but did not get.

Fantastic, very nice, clean, and comfortable.

The property was less than a half hour from the beach and close to any gas stations, restaurants, or stores you could need. The owner was so nice and helpful. The room was so nice, clean, and very comfortable. We loved it here and will be back.

Definitely not a good place to stay & not comfortable

Not really anything good to say, unless you are just passing through and need a quick place to crash I wouldn't suggest this hotel

Beds were what basically seemed like a mattress thrown on a big metal filing cabinet that makes noise every time you move, the staff don't let you in the office area to check in or out you have to stand outside at a window and ring a bell to get anyone to come help, they don't serve breakfast at all even though on line claims they do. The pillows are so flat and soft it's like not even having a pillow.

The staff is kind and curious, the rooms are very clean, and it's quiet..

There's nothing that I didn't like! It is a great place to stay! I highly recommend it!

Nice but could not accommodate handicapped individuals

The staff were friendly and the rooms were simple, but clean. The wall art in the room behind the beds was also pretty cool.

When we reserved the room online, the hotel information (on their website) said that the cost included continental breakfast. Unfortunately, that was not the case and they do not serve breakfast at all on site. That was a bummer. Second, we specifically requested a handicapped accessible room (larger bathroom and wider door ways to accommodate a wheelchair) because my father is healing from recent back and ankle surgery. After booking online we received a response from the hotel (appearing to be written by a person) saying they’d be happy to accommodate our request. Unfortunately, however, when we arrived, they said that they didn’t have any handicapped accessible rooms at all on the property. We were very tired from a long day of traveling and my father needed to rest so we reluctantly accepted the room. Thankfully he had his walker with him, so he was able to make it into the bathroom by himself, but it did add extra stress for us because we were worried about him potentially falling. Ignoring those two factors - no handicap room or on site breakfast, our time there was nice and we’ll likely stay there again when we come back into town (once my father is fully recovered from his surgeries and no longer needs his wheelchair to get around safely.) Until that time, we’ll need to stay somewhere else that can accommodate his needs better.

At least room was clean

There is written that breakfast is included in the price, but during check-in, I was told that breakfast would not be provided. The staff was not friendly. I do not recommend this hotel. Stay away from it.

- advertised breakfast but none - telephone didn’t work - Office closed after 8pm-8am except for window slot. Never got a receipt. Didn’t understand English at checkout I think ..

No stay here, find better accommodation around.

The location, close to the road for our Florida tour.

The staff was very rude. Although our breakfast was included, they did not serve it, using Covid as an excuse, but in summer 2022!

Nice property, other than the swimming pool being level to the top with rocks. It was a one-nighter

The breakfast as promoted did not happen. The person at the desk tried to blame having no breakfast on Wyndham company policy, which was not true. Other Wyndham locations visited on this same trip all had breakfast as promised. Since my plans changed after I reserved the room, I had a roommate and needed two beds. The upgrade was over $50 more, which even in 2022 seemed a little excessive. We did get the two-bed room, however.

Didn't particularly like having to mop up a recurring puddle of water apparently coming from the refrigerator.

Action to be taken by the concerned Authorities

very poor maintenance and not a good place for families to stay. They charded more extra $30 from the actual booking amount and very bad service.

Poor in cleanliness and water get stagnating in the tub and no phone is functioning.While booking said Breakfast availableand chanrged and no breakfast available. Says some maintenance problem message board for Breakfast in the morning.
