Didn't stay and would not recommend staying at the hotel.

Nothing - Didn't stay - left and found another hotel.

Room was dirty. The bed had dirt or something in the sheets, checked for bed bugs, but didn't see any. Dead bolt on door didn't work, door didn't latch tight. Phone didn't work. Location was a bit sketchy. Several rooms had chairs and tables outside. I ended up getting a refund and finding a nicer hotel. I would give this a negative 1 star.

Once you enter the main lobby there is a strange smell, when I went to the room, the smell in the room was horrible. When I moved the curtains it was so much dust. The blanket and covers had stains on them. The floor was dirty, my child had white socks and they turned black. I ended up getting a refund and booking somewhere else .

Overall excellent place.

We arrived after dark. The pace was very well lit and inviting. There are beautiful statues surrounding a nice fountain. The front staff was exceptional and friendly. Checkin was easy and quick. The room smelled nice and clean, beds were very comfortable. The fridge was ready and cold. There is a small microwave also.

The room had hard floors that were dirt free but dirty, if you walk on the floor barefoot your feet get very dirty.

The pool was OK

The rooms were very dirty, and the hotel management was canceling rooms because they overbooked. They canceled our room for no reason, but they ended up finding us a room.

Easy spot to just check in, sleep, and check out.

The lower floor corner spot had some loud voices outside and just a little suspicious, but nothing bad came of it.

Location to interstate during Hurricane Ian.p

Floor was dirty, mildew all over bathtub walls and ceiling. Several mildew areas on room ceiling also. Also paint peeling on both doors. Very disappointing stay.

That I had to sleep in a bed during the hurricane with bed bugs I tried to get another room and a man behind the desk told me that they were booked but the funny thing is I was able to book another room so I showed him and he still wouldn't give me another room I recommend no one to stay at this hotel
