The place was quite cheap but very clean. Everything is well kept from the rooms to the entire building and grounds. The bed was very comfortable as well. The staff immediately took care of an issue I had for a noisy dog in the room across from mine.
There was some noise from semis do to being closer to the highway.

So... the bed was so bad I had to sleep on the floor (see first pic) ans the bathroom was disgusting, it looked like there was sick on the door frame (second pic). The coffee machine didn't work, it just kept boiling but I could not turn it off. I had to unplug it above the wardrobe and when I went to do that I found a hypodermic syringe on top of the wardrobe, which was absolutely covered in dust (third pic.) This situation is obviously completely unacceptable and I expect a full refund but have heard nothing from the hotel management or from customer support at Booking.com. Oh yes, and they had already authorised my card before I arrived, despite the booking being no prepayment. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I mistakenly reserved a handicap room, and the regular room was more expensive. I was only charged the lower room rate when I could have been charged the higher rate.
It's also a pet friendly hotel which is great. There is a $15 non refundable pet deposit that wasn't indicated on the site, but that's pretty standard.
It was a good, one night hotel.
It's older and under construction. The room was really cramped for a micro.

The bed was comfy, the room was clean. The fridge was super cold and the air conditioner worked amazing.
The bathroom was in poor repair. Ceiling above shower looked like there had been previous water damage and looked like pieces were going to fall down. Shower rod wasn't secure to the wall and it was hard to get the curtain to cover properly. Tissue dispenser was rusty in spots. My damage deposit that was "pending" actually charged through my account instead of falling off. Room wasn't worth a damage deposit and the price of the room. Beware and take pictures if your room looks ghetto, so you don't get your money stolen like me.

First room was filthy, obviously used sheets with mystery fluid stains, and not at all like the pictures. When brought to their attention staff was rude. We switched rooms. The new room had 2 inches of ice on top of mini fridge. Breakfast area had caked on food on counter at 3 am when I walked down so obviously hadn't been cleaned since meal time day before. The refrigerator where yogurt was kept for guests wasn't even cold to the touch. During check out staff was extremely rude and didn't even give receipt.

The hotel was easy to find. Check in was easy. I was glad to leave. The hotel looked very short staffed. It needs new carpet and decore. Looked old and dusty. The poor woman at the front desk was doing her best and was friendly, but running around like a chicken with her head cut off.
The room was old. There was a toilet on the lawn. The other guests were rude and yelling in the hall. The breakfast area was crowded and the tables and floor all needed to be washed. I did not feel clean when I was there. We only had 2 towels for 4 guests and the shampoo containers were tiny. Not a nice place to stay.

The room was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. Convenient location to the Empire Mall, restaurants and the airport. Staff was very friendly and professional. Excellent value.
Breakfast was very minimal and not very good. Our room had a funky cigarette smell. The microwave didn't work properly. It turned on but wouldn't cook or heat anything. The plug in in the bathroom didn't work. But for a cheap place to stay before a flight, it was perfect.
