Frustrating

Ehh could’ve been better!

Nothing…

The breakfast was the same for the past 3days in the row! The jacuzzi was cold and the jets didn’t seem to be working properly! The tv remote was missing.

Very good

The person at the front desk was great! Helpful, kind, funny. The room was very clean and tidy.

The carpeting could be upgraded and the mattress on the beds also. The pull out couch definitely needs up grading as the springs were popping up.

Staff was rude, management, there was a lady that was always always checking on us we didn't feel comfortable outside the room, no milk at breakfast eggs were cold, I will never go back there,

Pleasant service, not a bad place to stay for vacationing on a budget.

The Manager on duty who greeted us, Andy I think her name was, made this stay enjoyable. She was kind and patient with us, and when we asked for a change of sheets she personally gave us new sheets and came up to our room to inspect the sheets that we were changing out. She saw the stain on the sheet that concerned us and said that was unacceptable and took care of it right away. Even being understaffed she still stepped up to make sure we were taken care of.

The pictures on booking.com are outdated. It's not the hotel's fault at all but they gave us a false sense of the actual hotel we were staying in. I wish I took pictures, but we were running late for plans.

The lady at front desk was very nice and polite

Went to front desk for our Noah's ark bracelets and the guy said we should of got them when we checked in so we never received them and that's one of the reasons we chose hotel. Also sign said must be 15 to be at pool so my 15 year old took her brother and sister and were told they needed to leave and have adult with.

My family and I had a lot of fun on our mini vacation and would stay here again!

The breakfast was great and they had a wide variety of things to choose from. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. It was extremely clean and all amenities were met. I would stay here again!

It's an old building and some of the furniture needs to be upgraded but overall it is a decent hotel for the price!

Nothing, everything was bad.we couldn't used the gym, even tho it says 24/7 breakfast was bad, customer service was the worst. Will not go back .

This Hotel will scam you out of your Money

The sign for Noah Ark is deceiving It's says "free Noah's Ark Waterpark Andy The General Manager will only give you 2 tickets per room. I had a family of four and had to pay for two 30 00 each of my children. Once we got to the Waterpark, we found out that my 2 children were under the guidelines, and there was no cost for them to get in the Waterpark. So basically, Andy Diesel The General Manager scammed my family out $60.00 .

Very clean and well maintained hotel

Very clean facility, helpful staff, check in and out was easy, hotel was close to restaurants and stores. The beds were very comfortable. Property was very well maintained.

Maybe I just didn't read the fine print but I was under the impression that our stay included free tickets to the waterpark for all who were included in our room but it's 2 free tickets and then you have to pay for additional ones. Everything else about our stay was wonderful though!

great value for the space… older and some damaged trim etc but functional and very clean.

had king room with a 2nd bedroom with 2 queens… great space with kids with the separation by a door so we adults could relax with a later bedtime

Decent hotel, staff needs to be more responsive to issues.

Nice location to surrounding attractions.

Had drunken/high group wandering the halls at 3am banging on doors and fighting, yelling at people to let them into their rooms. That took about 2 hours to be resolved.

It was a nice weekend getaway, and we really appreciated the free continental breakfast.

The room was perfect for me and my daughter. We needed a quick reservation, as the previous place that we had booked was completely unacceptable. The Ramada was able to accommodate us on short notice and made our trip relaxing and enjoyable.

Poor

The room was clean, comfortable and reasonable for the price, however there were several minor things requiring fixing or items that were poorly done fixes in the past.

The common areas of the hotel were rather old and run down. The pool area looks like it's peak time was in the 1980s without any work done on it since then and there were a ton of drainflies around the hot tub area. During the free morning breakfast, my kids and other people's kids as well found items floating in their juice which to me indicated that the juice machine hadn't been cleaned in a long time, needless to say we didn't drink the juice.
