It was right next to a gas station

Where do I start. The non smoking room wasn’t non smoking. There was a literal marijuana roach in our floor when we walked in the room. Dirty towels still in our bath tub. Fixtures broken and halfway hanging off the wall. Smoke alarm batteries were dying and beeped all night.

Nothing guy at check in seemed annoyed when I went to ask where the ice machine was before i could ask he yelled twice told me next door

Dirty or stained towels in the room cigarette burns on sheers and heater didn't work and the shower head water would only come out in sure qq+

The location was good. Because of the filthy room, I didn't trust eating breakfast, or even drinking the coffee.

It wouldn't take much to mop up the floor, or touch up the paint, and holes in the wall.

horrible condition, dirty rundown building- didn’t even feel comfortable staying so left before even going in. garbage all over parking lot area, homeless camp in the back.

This was the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. Several pieces of furniture were broken, the TV screen was shattered, there was snot smeared all over the bathroom walls, everything was covered in dust and something was growing in the disgusting mini fridge. The room smelled awful, the water barely dribbled out of the shower, 4 of the power outlets didn't work and neither did the phone. The hotel was fully booked so there was no option to move and no other hotel in the city had vacancies for a family of 7. I was told multiple times that they would send housekeeping to actually clean the room but it never happened. I was told that the second day, they would move us to a new room but that also didn't happen.

Upgrade or do not go.

It was easy to get to the Gateway Arch from that location.

OMG stained sheets poorly swept room. Lots of dirt.

There were 3 separate fights right outside our door one was with some guy and a naked woman arguing over a car with a dog barking. The floors in the room were not swept The paint was peeling off the walls The trim was all mismatched The pillows were flat and hard
