The breakfast was amazing. I was expecting package oatmeal & cereal. Of course there was cereal but several to choose from as well as waffles, egg, potatoes, sausage & yogurt, along with a variety of drinks. The staff were super helpful in helping us find extra things to do and pleasant to interact with. The location to the stuff on our list couldn't have gotten any better. Plus they gave use coupon book that helped out to. The dinner snack was dinner and something different every night we were there and the drinks weren't bad either
I had no complaints for this hotel. it was lovely.

Loved the variety of food offered, was surprised to get a hot meal and free drinks in the evening. Staff both morning and evening meals were tremendously helpful, professional, worked very hard and should be paid more, they are worth it! They represent your company, they are why I would return. Front desk staff was also professional. Coffee and hot water was available early and late, water fountain offered a filing station for your own bottles (always a plus). Rooms were quiet, easily accessible, beds were comfortable. Didn’t use the tv or microwave, but the fridge worked and the ice machine was near the elevators.
Bathroom sink drained slowly, the bathroom fan didn’t seem to work well. The air conditioning was a bit loud, but we had the fan on high and I did bring earplugs.

the room as always was impeccable!
this one was filthy though in the pool area. outside of elevators on the pool level(basement level) and our level) there were potato chips every were that never got cleaned even over night. people smoking in outside area of pool. bread in the pool. YES bread. pizza delivery guy couldn’t get in due to the main doors breaking from some jerky guest. finally got in after some time. got water in my eye at the front desk from a teenager who was flirting with the desk clerk as she flipped her wet hair back. she did apologize though. some one ding dong ditched our door luckily it was earlier in the eve of our arrival. not up to standard of Drury Inn

This is my 3nd time staying at this location. The staff members are super friendly and helpful. The food is good. The rooms are clean.
My only problem was that my fridge wasn't cold.

very reasonable price, breakfast was good, and the nightly free drinks. The room was large and comfortable.
The pool was over run with unsupervised children most of the stay and the checking of your car constantly to make sure it wasn't broken into.

This is my 3rd time staying at this location. I keep coming back because I know it will be clean and comfortable. Plus I love the kickback and breakfast. Very nice hotel and worth the extra money.
This time I arrived too late to get the kickback. Kind of wish it could go a little later, but I knew I'd miss it when I booked my stay.

Great location, good breakfast with fountain sodas, heated parking garage, simple dinner with alcoholic beverages, and indoor pool and hot tub
It is all good.

I had two rooms booked in advance. The day of my arrival I received a phone call from desk reservations to confirm I had in fact intentionally booked two rooms. We were arriving from out of town a few hours earlier than expected, so while on the phone I inquired the possibility of early check in, which the hotel accommodated. The rooms were also side by side, which was very pleasing as I has booked online not knowing this would happen.
The staff was great but special shouts out to the Kind, gracious gentleman helping in the breakfast cafe area.
We wished there would have been coverlets, and or blankets on the beds, as was a chilly night.

The air conditioner smelled like mold coming out of it. Gave me a headache. This stay was on our trip coming back.

Great breakfast options and location was perfect for the museums, gardens and zoo, which we visited! We had a great view as well.
The beds were too soft. I’m used to a mattress with support.

Parking was an issue- parking lot had no open spaces

Very good breakfast selection. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cold cereal, waffles, fresh fruit, pastries. Plenty of seating at breakfast. Evening buffet is also free. Selection changes daily. Always good. Three free alcoholic beverages per day. Evening meal is crowded at 5:30, but soon tapers off. Plenty of room a little later.
This hotel is located next to a major highway. There is traffic noise all night long.

Many hot food choices for the breakfast. To our surprise, the hotel even provide dinner with wine, beer and various other beverage, which is definitely beyond my expectations and makes me try to book the Drury Inn in my future trips. The staffs of the hotel are super friendly, polite and helpful.
The location of the hotel is convenience for driving to Wash U and downtown of St. Louise but not within walk in distance to these places.
The air-condition was too noisy in our room, especially during the night. Kind of annoying. If possible, maybe some old type air-condition need to be replaced with new model of air-condition with silence feature.
