The rooms were excellent and very spacious (vfm)

Breakfast was having so many varieties. It was quite healthy.
The per day charge would have little lesser. Otherwise everything was quite good.

Open property, great to walk around. Large breakfast spread. Rooms were big, and as per the photos. Staff was very helpful and check-in was easy. In room dining prices were good and food was good too.
Since there was work going on in the property, the walk to reach our room was very long.

The room is large but the view is out the back and not the view advertised. Still they are large and comfortable and have good toiletries and a balcony. The breakfast was good as well with a vast spread and helpful staff. The property has quite a few amenities but all are not available to guests. Location was perfect for us but can be a little out of the way for most.
It rained while we were there and the inner passage ways were completely wet and slippery as there is no protection or covering from the rain. The car park also had turned extremely muddy. The AC conked off in the middle of the night but they promptly sent a technician to reset it and it was fine.

Nice atmosphere in the whole club, good restaurant
The staff was helpful, maybe even too much, which I don't like. The rooms and especially bathroom must be renovated soon

size of the room and staff very good

Rooms, overall structure
Breakfast spread could have been better keeping in mind the 5 star property. The patisseries range was stale and not freshly baked. We has asked for pav to be heated up as it was lying cold, however, the staff didn't bother much to bring it back and we had to resort to other options.
Stay wise, we would recommend, however, pls eat outside for a good meal.
The reception staff didn't manage to put up a smile even on their faces and was dealing with grumpy faces in spite of less occupancy at the hotel. Found the bell boys and guards more welcoming & pleasant
We wanted to come back next week for celebrating our daughter's birthday but would take a back seat due to such hospitality

no problem

Room was good and bed was comfortable.
Non courteous manager and under informed staff.
They didn’t inform that swimming pool was not working. Swimming pool size was the main reason we selected the hotel over Radisson and few other hotels nearby. My daughter was very disappointed with it.
3.5
The hotel and it's surroundings are where you want to be in peace and calmness. The Alfresco seating of the restaurant is awesome.
The staff can actually go a step above and beyond their limits to help you out and satisfy you.
The food quality is good, the breakfast spread is good.
The IRD order delivery and dish availability and on top of it the way it was explained, should be looked into with immediate effect i asked for the Executive Chef to connect with me but to my vain like all.other hotels he didn't connect.
The fried items on buffet feel like refried and then served hash brown instead of being soft was hard like wood, samosa was status but the amount of oil pick up and the crispiness made it in edible.
There are many point that need immediate attention to take this review to the next level.
