Mediocre

The shower pressure, the pool, and room size was good.

Upon entering the room, it smelled fresh and clean, but it was far from clean. The floor didn't seem to have been cleaned in months. The mattress was hard and the pillows were flat. There was a broken beer bottle in the corner next to the night stand. Another guest told me they found a dead roach in their room. The parking spaces were narrow. The facility needs major cleaning and updates. Most of the staff seemed to be lazy. The best thing about the place is the water pressure in the shower. I would recommend this place only as a last resort.

Great faclility & location.

Very beautiful architecture, decent location just off the main strip, over all amazing ! Will definitely be making this a yearly Florida trip with staying at the Flagler too!

Grote kamer en lekker zwembad. Makkelijk parkeren Redelijk in de buurt van het historisch centrum (wel met auto)

Ungenügende Sauberkeit, Fernbedienung zur Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, Bedienpanell zur Klimaanlage defekt, Eher unfreundliches Personal, „Activity Center“ besteht aus einem abgeranzten Kickerspiel, Pool nicht besonders einladend

It's an OK place for one or two nights of stay especially traveling with pets.

Room was quite spacious and pet friendly.

El desayuno estuvo bien , sin gran variedad , pero suficiente,la habitacion comoda y limpia .

En recepcion el dia de nuestra llegada no nos aceptaron ninguna de nuestras tarjetas , las cuales veniamos y continuamos usando durante un recorrido de 17 dias , no sabemos por que ,y tuvimos que pagar en efectivo , salvo eso y la poca simpatia de la persona que nos atendio , todo bien.

Wouldn’t stay here again.

The bed was comfy

Everything else. Location was not great. Dirty area. Did not feel comfortable walking outside with out my husband because of the area directly behind the hotel.

The photo it shows in the internet does not match with the rest of teh property, only the lobby/entrance is nicely decorated, the rest of the facility looks poor and no clean.

Don't Stay Here!

There was nothing pleasant about this stay or hotel, the conditions were teribble. Staff was terrible and the over all services were just horrible.

The bathrooms were terrible and flooded at every use and the bed were very uncomfortable to sleep in. There was a lingering smell of smoke that caused our daughters allergy and asthma to go through the roof. The conditions were absolutely terrible and when speaking with staff only the Manager was pleasant and attempted to correct the errors - staff acted as if anything was a bother to them. There were several bugs in areas of concern such as the sugar ants in the cereal and it was just a very uncomfortable stay. We did not have a pleasant trip after having to change rooms multiple time and the flooding or limited AC.. it was just awful.

Facilities were ok

Front desk. Bad communication. Don't book the type room you want at check in, put you where they want. When leaving special instructions with online booking, don't reply back or honor them? and also do not answer their phone if you call about your reservations?

It was ok and the custonerr service was very nice.

The breakfast was delicous,the location is far from the downtown and it is dificult for tourist who don't have a car for transportation .

Ok but the house keeping staff needs a leader to inspect the room after it has been prepared

Dirty floor trash left from previous guest, headboard fell off the wall when we propped our pillow to watch tv, traffic, train tracks across the street trains blowing whistle in the middle of the night. Low water pressure in shower.

Large renovated rooms Beds a bit firm but ok Air conditioner was great. Very clean. Good breakfast.used Scooter service for transportation. They were excellent

We were pleasantly surprised with the location of the property and size of our room.

Conveniently located near bus stops for transportation to downtown and beach. We rented bicycles and were able to take easy, pleasant rides downtown and to local parks. The staff is wonderful --friendly and helpful--and the property is very clean. Microwave and fridge were convenient to have.

Loved it and will stay in the future

I loved the location and the hotel. It wasn't far from the main strip and it was very cozy. The lobby was also very nice.

The breakfast could've been better. It was soggy and there wasn't much to choose from that was low carb.
