Great space to bring a dog. There are amazing walking trails right behind the motel. Bed and pillows comfortable. Such an easy commute to SPAC. Quiet. Nice guests and tenants and staff.

It is an adorable motel-a nice change from hotels or other options when you’re in town for a quick trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful, made sure our stay was comfortable and our room was very clean.
There was nothing not to like. It’s a really cute place.
4.0 / 5.0
Clean, convenient and price.
Shower curtain was moldy and wet. Needed simple quick repairs and why did my room have two tv’s?

Great place to stay for a show at SPAC.
Friendly staff and very clean.
Pool was an added bonus.

This is an older motel that has been nicely maintained. Some of the furnishings are long in the tooth, but the owners are actively updating. The proximity to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center and Saratoga Springs made this an easy and affordable choice.

Great location to SPAC for ease of travel after concert. Bed was comfortable. Staff was great.
The shower floor was quite dirty. It seemed like the shower may have been cleaned with someone standing in it with dirty shoes, and the dirt was wet and left behind.

The room was clean and smelled good. There were laminate floors which I really like in a hotel room. The rooms have a cabin look to them. The property was well manicured with a lot of flowers.
The bath was quite small but functional. The AC was barely functional. No breakfast was provided. The bed was ok.

The location was perfect and the price fitting for an economical traveler such as myself.
The cleanliness of the room and the mold in the bathroom were dissapointing.

Love the Route 66 look of this adorable motel. The rooms were very clean but basic. A place to lay your head. Nothing fancy but well kept and a great value.

Clean. Convenient to local attractions, dining and shopping.
Staff wears masks.
Morning coffee in the office.
Lovely grounds with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, flowers and trees. Includes a screened outdoor seating area.
Noise from traffic and train during sleep hours- I recommended measures to reduce the sound entering the rooms and the manager stated they would take my advice into consideration.
Bedding had a strong scent. Beware if you are sensitive.

Pleasant and friendly staff, and an excellent location near all attractions. Good value for the price.
Bed wasn't the most comfortable.
2.0 / 5.0
The location itself was nice, and the outside looked really cute. The staff was overall friendly.
On the inside we found that the beds were on wheels so they were mobile by the slightest movement unless you decide to get under the bed and put the brake on the wheel. The wifi connection did not work. The bathroom felt very cramped. We also only asked for one queen bed but got two full beds.

It was the same every morning.
Room cleaner. Very old and worn out

Quiet, out of the way. Great price for the location. Will stay again when in that area.
Pool was cold !

They had a lovely outdoor pool; warm and clean with chairs and some side tables, plus it was large enough to swim some laps. They also offered a lovely continental breakfast. They have picnic tables to eat outdoors, and outdoor grills. It's only a few miles from Saratoga Springs proper. The wifi was okay. Very nice, responsive staff.
Our room needed updating in terms of summertime bedspreads, lighting, etc. The TV was okay, however.. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. Only a stall shower, no tub.
