Nice and clean hotel with hospitable staff and clean room

the room layout is nice. The inner patio is a very nice touch. The rooms are clean and well equipped.

Great place to stay in Willitts.

Staff was extremely friendly and very proud of their establishment. Everything is very clean and furnished tastefully and new.

If I was improve on anything, it would be towels. They were thin and small.

Hospitable staff, clean, well set up room.

I found the woman and then the man at the front desk very hospitable and helpful. The room was clean. Old-fashioned motel charm -- and that's a complement. The Lumberjacks breakfast was yummy.

We had a wonderful time at the Old West Inn, a very comfortable, clean, and pleasant place.

The Old West Inn was excellent value for the money. We had a very clean room with everything we needed. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. At check-in we had a nice conversation with Ruju about her country and she was very accommodating. The outside decor was unique and attractive. The Old West Inn offers breakfast for a very reasonable price at the Lumberjack, which is just up the road. This was a very comfortable and friendly place with excellent food. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. They had no problem with our early check-in.

Property is well maintained and very fun with all the rooms having their own old town shop name. Rooms very spacious and comfortable.
