I liked the location and that it had an indoor pool.
I only stayed here one night, and parking was very limited. Maybe due to construction that was being built nearby? It was not easy to turn around in the drive when I could not find a space. The room looked clean, but you could see dust and streaking on the glass, and the beds were uncomfortable and hard to fall asleep on. The room air condition unit was on 75 and made weird knocking and humming noises all night. My child wanted to use the pool but the water looked cloudy, so we didn't stay long. I paid more than I normally would for location but I probably won't be back.

The location worked well for our trip. The soap was nice.
We made the reservation for 2 queens and none smoking. the first room we checked in smelt of WEED/Marijuana smoke, the receptionist agreed. She moved us to another room, but it smelt of old covered up smoke and was only full-size beds. the ac and fan would not function. I tried to communicate this to the receptionist, but she quickly let me know this was all she had. I ask for receptionist that served good breakfast and was told the best breakfast was there in the breakfast area. It was not. I did ask for price adjustment over the different room (beds) also not available.

The front desk staff was very helpful in providing us with more towels. She delivered them herself. We were accommodated on the second night in a ground-level room. Quiet and across the street from Shopping center & near town.

Second morning discovered there was black mold growing above air conditioner.

Great location
It’s very run down. Our room was dirty. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom even on the walls. There appeared to be a booger on the shower wall. Mold is starting to grow on the ceiling above the shower. They have random furniture in the hall ways some missing cushions. The lamp in our room was being held together by a large screw in the top of the lamp shade. Our curtain to the window was broken and hanging crooked. The beds were comfortable. For breakfast if you have a gluten intolerance there aren’t many choices … there was a bowl with two apples but they were bruised and had marks on them so I tried the eggs and a piece of sausage which resulted in food poisoning in the middle of our hike that day. We won’t be staying here ever again.

Clean, comfortable and quiet location set amongst a copse of trees. Well lit, nice supportive pillows.
The hotel was in the midst of a total refurbish and furniture was stacked everywhere. Parking was dodgy as broken lamps, credenzas and entertainment centers were piled up in the parking lot. A bit of a fire hazard.

Nice indoor poo and gym. The maintenance man was super nice and helped me get my RV started.
The lock on my door had to be replaced. I kept getting locked out. After the third time, they should have moved me. The repair man came to fix it in the morning while I was still in bed. Awkward

The hot tub was nice as well as the pool.
Breakfast was horrible. Watery eggs in a pan and waffle mix was sour ( maybe expired). Juice machine was pouring water. I let the front desk lady and guy know and they never turned it to dispense and was still on flush. I to the lady thank you and she ignored me twice. Definitely worst breakfast I have ever had at a hotel! Went to have coffee and lids for cups didn’t fit.

Never saw staff come out to wipe dirty breakfast tables. I tried to clean my table for the next guest. I was unaware you had to ask for room cleaning. Saw rooms being cleaned near mine so just assumed

The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff when I checked in was very friendly.
There was a generator or compressor that was very loud and turned on every 5 minutes until 11:45pm and started back up at 5:15am. if not for that I would have slept way better and given a higher review. Also there was no staff at the front counter when I checked out, just a note saying to call the number listed if anything is needed. By the vehicles in the parking lot it looked to me as if most the people staying there were for work, yet there was no breakfast items out yet at 6:15am when I checked out.

Bed and bedding was extremely uncomfortable, tv was stuck in another language and room smelt of prior guests. Breakfast was no protien options just sugars

Breakfast was fine except for the last day of my visit on a Sunday. The hotel was understaffed and the front desk clerk was also in charge of the breakfast area. It was too much for one person. Additionally, the breakfast options were reduced on Sunday because of supply issures (I assume).

Perfectly located in town. The hotel was clean, well stocked and friendly staff. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend friends stay here.
No issues except for limited parking in the lot. Plenty of parking located just outside the lot on the street.

The location in Hailey, Starbucks within walking distance & town. Room was basically but comfortable. Breakfast bar was good.
The lack of daily maid service, having to ask for towels, no extra pillows in room.

Loved the size of the room, linens were nice, balcony, black out curtains, breakfast and fridge in the room was nice. It was very clean.
Beds were rock hard. Loved everything else but wouldn't stay here again because of the uncomfortable beds, which is too bad, because everything else was great.
