Great room for price, good location. Bring your own coffee pot😜

Clean and comfortable room.

Wish they had coffee pots in room, never saw a maid or received clean towels, overall experience was good.

Crap hole

There is literally NOTHING to like about this place.

We are from Arkansas and visited Daytona FL for the Daytona 500 NASCAR Race. They obviously HIKED up the room rate to take advantage of people visiting for this event. I can understand if it even resembled a hotel but honestly. I would have felt more comfortable pitching a tent in the yard, a lot cleaner too! I can't even describe how NASTY this place is, and falling a part, no bathroom light, they must have painted the bathtub because it was peeling off, it smelled disgusting, we had to purchase some disinfectant spray to use. You know those places you can rent for a week for $35.00, yeah! That's what this is, but those are probably kept up better than this place. The owner apparently lives in the office and you can't go in. You have to do your transaction from the front door behind a glass partition. They had the gall to charge us $280 for the night, where if you paid $50 a night any other time would still be an over charge!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! It makes you feel filthy dirty! I feel like suing them for a refund, so dishonest!

very secluded, room smelled like cigarettes even though I requested a non smoking room. price could of been a bit better

as you got off the I95 it was right there you did not had to travel to get to it.

Never again

Room was dirty, a/C not cool enough, no shampoo. We were at a race at Faytona that got postponed . We would have been better off sleeping in our car!

The cleanes bathrooms need to b clean the cover sheets smell bad ,i had to ask if they can change them i has to it my self i call the front office and bring the dirthy one ,and exchasnge for cleans,plus too noice, around,

Don't stay here. Roomworth $40 a night not $1100

The exterior needed painting and maintenance. The room was dirty. Overall in total need of work.

I liked the privacy, the fact you don't have to worry to much about anyone bothering you. Staff and employees were sweet not to much to have to go over its a good place for the price listed

I'm not sure what i expected you pay for price for me i clean a lot so the cleanliness was not to my standard of clean. I also believe that more should be done to maintain

Nothing to add. This hotel seems like it has seen better days. It did have a TV.

There are people that seem to be living here with aggressive dogs. Multiple people with loud, aggressive dogs. Holes in the flooring. Holes in the ceiling. No refrigerator. No coffee maker. Noisy people in the room next to ours and I could hear their conversations without trying. I was looking for an inexpensive room but expected a little more for what they were asking.
