the front desk staff and the fact that when I arrived at 2:30am like I had messaged the hotel they had already canceled my reservation lied and said booking.com did it and still tried to charge my card. Front Desk refused to give me a room and stated it was already the next day.

Could be an excellent hotel if owner would invest in it. Don't think I'll stay there anymore

The two ladies at the front desk when we checked in their hospitality was beyond excellent greeted us when we opened the door with a smile, was very helpful so shout out to Ms. Chenek and Ms. Areonia M.

Now as for the hotel it's self. Good for the price IF your only staying one night. Carpet is in need of a good cleaning or taken the money and replacing the carpet. Could be an excellent hotel if who ever owned it would take the money to clean up somethings. Like others have said there is a 200 dollar security deposit

Nothing terrible. The location was great.

Nothing the charged a holding fee of $200 still haven’t received it. The toilet was dirty with someone pupil hairs. The towels were dirty. There was homeless and drug addicts around but charged me $200 for a holding fee. A couple was fighting and beating each other all night and we were scared for our lives. We missed our flights and found something quick.

Not what I seen on booking

The people, they were nice

Customer service was good it was clean but I didn't get what I paid for, the room they gave me had a sewer problem and I had to be moved to another room, which was even smaller, bed a full size instead of queen.

Staff was nice and helpful. Clean but furniture was extremely worn in both the bathroom and suite

False advertising of free internet. I was behind work for two days because the internet service offered was poor and in order to get quality service you would have to pay an additional charge. Most hotels offer free quality internet not poor internet to trick you into paying for quality.

I will NEVER stay there again!

The staff was friendly and polite. They even stated how terrible the property is and apologized for the filthiness. They said hopefully the property will get updated

The room was filthy. The stove fridge and microwave. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom. The tub and shower curtain was filthy. There was dust everywhere

absolute dump, looked and smelled like a crackhouse, room was very dated, run down with smells that were a combination of smoke and who knows what, lighting was dim , carpet was wet in places, hallway had pungent unidentifiable smells.. garbage on floor, this place is horrible. didn’t sleep there, we checked out and ran

Just like home

I love having a whole complete apartment for me and my family to spread out. Plus we got to cook breakfast instead of eating fast food. That was a big plus.
