The location was perfect. The breakfast was just okay. I didn’t enjoy the egg with cheese or the chicken sausage. I loved my coffee and it was the best part of my day.
The breakfast choices could be better.

Breakfast was good. Wish there were more to go items such as Danish or Cinnabons/Honey buns, and muffins.
Mini fridge had previous guests beverage in it but otherwise fine.

the breakfast
This is a ridiculous hotel. For a chain associated with the Hilton, I am in shock!!! I just paid a $560 some visit for 2 nights that was only with $75-250.
The only thing GOOD in this hotel is the breakfast spread!!!! 100% hands down amazing breakfast!!!! Keep it up!!!! Whoever is in charge of the breakfast crew…. NNEEDDSS to train the rest of the employees. Also, if you put half of the effort that you do on breakfast.. then maybe your hotel would be worth something.
Our room—— LAUGHABLE!!!!!!! This room was not worth $560. Step by step::::
Bathroom- toilets are so looowwww, how does this accommodate disabled people? How does this make sense for the larger community? You are being very sizest and not disabled friendly. Shower low pressure (can’t complain too much , as it is a hotel). The shampoo and body wash feels like you are cutting corners and adding water to them. Very liquify, no scent, did horribly for my entire families hair! Toilet paper is literally so close to the toilet that you can barely use it without having to become a limber baby! Again, not friendly to the disabled or larger crowds. We had one tissue in our tissue box. Again, the hand soap just felt like water w a tad of added soap.
Room— color- dull and needs major updating.
BEDS—- theses were like beds you see in a pay by the hour motel. They were so HARD that if someone would jump on the bed, the one laying down wouldn’t even move! The pillows were soooo squishy there was NO SUPPORT. When we arrived to our room, each bed had 3 pillows. How does 3 pillows make sense for a room that can sleep 4? IT DOESNT! We asked the front desk for 4 extra pillows. Was advised they would come up. We arrived on Friday… left Sunday… still only had 3 pillows per bed!!!! Horrible customer service! There were no sheets only a comforter that was itchy on the top side and decent on reverse. After using the comforter for one night, it came apart at the top and become very strange.

We received separate charges on our credit card beyond the payment to booking.com. The manager could not explain the charges and referred us to booking.com. you called the hotel and you told us afterwards that the hotel was rude and hung up on you. In the meantime the charges were credited. Also in day to day conversations the staff was unfriendly and guests seem not welcome.
