I liked the location

Where to start! First, the family that checked in before us was desperately asking for their money back as we checked in. After arrival to our room, we noticed our couch looked like it had been mauled by a Tiger the smell of the room was atrocious, and there was black mold in the shower. After turning the air on the smell was worse and all of the vents were broken on the air conditioning unit itself. The smell of the sheets was that of a moldy sour smell, stiff and wrinkled. I will never stay here again!

Good location and price. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was a little spare but that’s not a huge concern.

Location good and not direct from highway so it was quiet.

The room was so dated that the sofa surface was even broke. Lighting was not sufficient. Room was dark. I stayed in the same hotel about 7 years ago and I was impressed how neat the room was. So I booked the same hotel this time. I was very surprised to see how run down it is.

This hotel is a good representative of the Best Western Plus concept. I've learned by experience that the ownership/management company is the determining factor in whether or not the hotel lives up to its advertised qualities. Best Western has not done a good job in assuring that their standards are met by some operators, but this location is very good. The front desk clerk that checked me in i had a couple of interactions with and she is a keeper! Breakfast service was very good.

like all hotels these days, towel service is skimpy. There were enough, but barely.

The room was very large and very comfortable. We stayed in a 2 queen bed suite. The value for the price was outstanding! The breakfast was good and the staff working in the dining area were wonderful! They were very friendly and accommodating. The house keeping staff were friendly too.

We stayed at the Best Western on our way to Texas and on our way back. Both times, the front desk staff were not rude but they certainly were not friendly. They also didn't greet us as we left and returned to the hotel. I think that some customer service training is in order for those people. They are the first people to deal with customers and the impression they left us was that they didn't really care. Everything else was great!
