There was a gum at the side of the headboard. And a huge stain on the side of the box spring liner.

It wasn't breakfast.

The roon is Dusty, cleanness, the bed have bug bed. The bathroom didn't have enough soap or shampoo and also wast dirty.. very disappointed

Everything. The staff didn’t have a room for me, when they finally found me a room it smelled like cigarettes & mold. Then i got ate up by fleas. The toilet wouldn’t flush, i ended up leaving and going to a new place. Do not go here

Clean. Comfortable. Convenient. Affordable.

The room was very spacious; larger than expected.

No hot breakfast. But there are plenty of restaurants around. There is no elevator. Not a problem for us, but something to consider when booking.

Poor

Not only were they not able to give my dad a room for his handicap but they put him on the third floor. They also said breakfast was Included but failed to mention it was simply coffee and oatmeal.

BEWARE! Pics are not true representation of hotel!!

We did not stay!! We checked in…went and grabbed some supper and did some shopping. Upon returning we grabbed luggage and headed upstairs…upon entering the 3rd floor there was a horrible smell of cigarette smoke. *you sign a paper upon checking in stating you will not smoke/vape in room* There were bags of trash outside of doors in the hallway and a damp feeling. On the walls were white marks as if they were maybe filling holes in walls…ok, but not mention of that in details. Upon entering room, the smoke smell was worse as was the damp feeling. Floors looked dingy and in need of cleaning. We immediately turned in our room keys and left. We messaged Booking.com and they tried multiple times to make contact with hotel to try and resolve this matter but without them responding, we are unable to get a refund. The pictures that are posted are NOT a true representation of what this hotel looks like!

I was able to sleep at night

I enjoyed being able to sleep and take a shower at night. Basic needs were fulfilled and I was able to be completely rejuvenated by morning.

The chairs had cat claw marks in them and the bed had nasty stuff all on the bed skirt. The tv was super out dated and the pull out couch was unusable

Never again!

My mother ended up with Legionnaires' disease after my visit. Only one building was handicap capable. The two rooms I got were in separate buildings. They couldn't even bring me new towels to my room telling me I had to bring the old ones down first. I was also told the housekeeping didn't come around but every 2 weeks.

Hair in bathtub and soap dish. Didn’t notice until morning.

Location easy to get to.

Attitude of morning lobby attendant who was 30 minutes late.
