I stay for work …love the staff and location specifically Araceli

Araceli is amazing. I stay here often she goes above and beyond to always accommodate anything I need …she’s also very kind to everyone she interacts with.

Great value. Room was huge, beds comfy, breakfast had waffles!

Staff wasnt super friendly but they were pleasant.

Over all I enjoyed both days staying there

The room was a lot nicer then expected

Honestly it was only the elevator I really didnt like kind of scary but that's just me

Little run down, but okay

Great staff, good price, lots of lights in the room

Stains in the carpet, scuffs on the walls, and electrical outlets that lacked plates. The hallway constantly smelled like weed.

pet policy, this property should not be listed as pet friendly. 2of 3 light switches at the door were ineffective. A ceiling fluorescent would just flash and not start, the switch on the desk lamp in broken.

I would not rate this hotel as a 3 star. it is more like a 1.5 or 2. the toilet flushes every 30 minutes, the lights t

exterior looks nice

the rooms need to be updated. furniture upholstery was worn. Walla were scuffed and need to be painted. Tile in bathroom was broken.

The hotel was dingy and dirty.

First of all the pictures online are deceiving. the hotel was extremely run down. The carpet was filthy, the head board had pen marks all over it. The tile in the shower was coming apart. The room smelled like mold and chemicals.

Very good

Nice, clean property easy to reach from the freeway exit. Room was nicely appointed with a couch, work space, bar sink, fridge and microwave.

Breakfast was eggs, sausage, cold cereal and toast. Good for COVID times, but pretty spare as breakfasts go. The hot tub was rather dirty. Property is 2 miles from downtown area.

$150 pet fee to stay in a dirty room.

FYI for guests bringing a pet BEWARE. They charge a $150 non refundable pet fee. More than the cost of a room. The room we were put in was disgusting with stains all over the floor, doors scratched up, a hole in the bathroom door, film over the shower and sink, no fitted sheet on the bed, half of the lights didn’t work. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the country with my dog and have never had such a terrible experience and such a high pet fee charged. They are technically “pet friendly” but you will basically be paying for 2 rooms and getting one really dirty and gross one.

Spacious, clean rooms.

Nice, big rooms. Clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and spacious. Friendly staff at the front desk.

Breakfast was served by a person that seem to be out of the place (like he did not want to be there). Although the hotel insisted on breakfast being served by this person (not self-service) the same person did not wear the mask or any other protection against coronavirus (a very strange approach - don't seem the point behind it). In addition, the person was quite rude and aloof towards the guests.

Great stay and will be back.

Right off the freeway and near so many food and shopping options. staff were very kind and helpful. Room was very spacious and comfortable.
