The customer service ppl were amazing as well as the girls in Restaurant, Food very good.
Room was absolutely terrible, we were traveling with a dog, so perhaps that’s why we got a horrible room. It needs a complete overhaul, the curtains didn’t fit windows, couldn’t block out morning light. It was dirty and furnishings were like a motel 6. I think if they have money the rooms need a refresh. Air conditioner was so loud, it woke us up all night long and our dog would bark Everytime it came on. Just great people, poor rooms.
Rooms very dated from like 70’s

The property was unique. Very beautiful views.
The shower in the room didn't spray hardly from the old uncleaned shower head. The outlets in the rooms didn't work.

Was very secluded and had beautiful views! The king size room was astonishing! We also ate at kokopellies and the food was delicious.

The property is beautiful, and the setting and landscaping are gorgeous.
We played the Sidewinder course. it was kept up beautifully and we enjoyed playing it. The starter Steve was exceptional, friendly and gave helpful advice regarding the course. The woman servicing at the halfway stop ( right by the golf course area) was great - friendly and enthusiastic, helped out with drinks and so forth.
In the room, several of the corners had dead bugs and spider webs. Otherwise, it seemed clean.
The dining room and bar area was the most problematic. The service was very slow. It took 15 minutes to get coffee after we ordered it, and 30 minutes for the main breakfast. When we ordered drinks at Happy Hour, it took 10 minutes to get the drinks. Very slow. The waitresses were very polite and gracious, but seemed short staffed.

The location was excellent. The room spaciousThe staff was very friendly and helpful. Though we did not have any housekeeping because of covid, they always helped us with extra towels and coffee. The food at the restaurant was excellent, though a bit pricey. We liked the individual buildings with only 2 per building. Loved the patio and upgraded us to a room with a hot tub. The golf course is beautiful!
The property is getting a bit old, but some of the things were updated. The shower could use a bigger shower head. The bed creaked and could use a new mattress. An extra blanket would have been useful. we had a fireplace but no wood. The trails behind the building are treacherous with loose rocks. We hiked in the state park.

Grounds; friendly staff
Room was old; noisy ac, toilet, sinks, bed.
Food at restaurant was awful and too expensive
Accommodations not worth the price.

Nice setting
The rooms were clean and large but it is clear that little money is being spent on the upkeep of the rooms, I stayed here before and I remember it being much nicer before.

It was quiet and the room had a great view of the golf course!
The AC dripped on the floor.

The location was nice - set in a very scenic area. Beautiful mountain views.
On our second night we came back to our room in the evening to discover painters had placed plastic sheeting over the windows and the sliding glass doors. We were unable to look out the windows or use the patio area. We went to the front desk and spoke with the manager. She was unable to comp the room for that night. It was very disappointing.

Gorgeous property! Loved the roomy suite I had, very stylish and nice patio to enjoy coffee in the morning! The restaurant was outstanding as well! Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 day stay!!
