Very nice stay

The bed was very comfortable. Very rare to find a comfortable bed. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful to recommend a place to eat dinner.

It was a decent stay. It was just annoying with the whole pet room thing.

The rooms were nice. The TV was nice, liked having fridge in the room.

We needed pet friendly ..The worst thing was signing my life away because I have a little dog with me and I had to promise to pay for a room in case any the other guest got upset about pets staying there .and that is kind of wide open to me for something to sign. At the end, I had to wait for someone to check my room before I left the place so I wouldn’t have to pay a $250 cleaning fee. It was all way over the top and a bit offensive.

Very short stop

Women at the front desk was fantastic. Place was super clean.

Had 2 full size beds and they felt very old. Somewhat comfy, but for the price I paid, I would expect far far better bedding. The TV, wow, it was like something from 2001. Ancient, tiny bad picture. We stopped in on a Saturday night and wanted to watch college football but the tv was just bad.. Minus those 2 things, the place was great. But not for that price. 50 bucks less, then ok.

Generally, my experience was fine for the one-night stay. I would consider returning in the future.

Hotel property was close to my intended destination. Property was clean and staff were polite. The free breakfast was very good with a suitable selection of items.

I really don't have any issues with the hotel. The property fully met my expectations for the price.

GOOD breakfast, GOOD staff, GOOD price

Good breakfast, the area was very clean. My kids loved the pancake machine, wave your hands in front of it and the pancakes came right out nice and hot. Very attentive kitchen staff, always restocking hot items in breakfast area. Front desk lady is very professional, very helpful knows the area well and helps you find good places for family fun, she’s a sweetheart. Housekeepers are very friendly. The pool was great, the water temperature was perfect nice and warm.

That I couldn’t stay longer.

The room was a great size and the hotel was easy to access. The common facilities were in great shape.

The bed mattress was not very comfortable. I expected a better mattress for the price point. Otherwise, everything else about the experience was great.

Traveled for work and this stay was perfect for my needs. Cozy, quiet, clean and comfortable.

The staff were super helpful, friendly and professional. I also appreciated the little shop by the front desk with miscellaneous travel needs. Breakfast was delicious with generous hours 7-10am and I loved making my own waffles. Nice touch.

As someone traveling alone and without children, it would be nice if there were adult hours at the pool to keep things more quiet. The pool & sauna both close at 10pm. It would be nice if it were adults only 9-11pm or something like this.

It's right off the highway so easily access. There is a gas station and Burger King right across the street. We booked a large double beds room which is quite spacious to 4 of us. Seems clean. Water pressure is strong so taking shower was comfortable. Breakfast is good: egg and corn beef harsh (taste a bit weird though), English muffin, bread (with toaster you can toast them if prefer), waffle machine to make fresh waffle (this is the best part I like ^.^), yogurt machine (with toppings to choose on the side), plus some other sweet muffins and banana bread(?). Tea/coffee stand open 24 hours. I'm impressed most is the guy who takes care the breakfast area cleans each table after the customer used it. He is very helpful too when I accidentally spilled something on the floor. Check in/out was smooth and felt welcomed. The heated swimming pool is larger than many same class hotels I've stayed before. We had a good time playing in the pool. A plus is they provide pool towel so you don't need to bring one from the room.

Beds were too soft that we didn't sleep well. Our reservation is for 4 adults, but only 3 sets of towels provided. (since we are staying only one night, we didn't bother to ask for more towels). It will be better if we can take the pool towel out of the pool area so we don't need to change before going back to the room.

Excellent stop in the Poconos!

Looked new and inviting. All staff was wonderful!

wish there were more restaurants near it but that’s not hotels fault. Burger King 🍔 🍟 🥤 was there, along with their “Grab and Go” choices at snack bar in hotel so it was fine.
