The coffee - if anything, we could have had better coffee - very weak packets; why couldn't we have had a Keurig?

It smelled like cigarettes and had a beeping alarm that would not go off. We left within the hour.

The room was good, clean and quit (no noises heard at all), plenty of parking spots in front of the hotel, nice area.

The check-in should be done in the adjacent Marriott Hotel which created a problem as we were totally unaware of it. I had to call them several times until somebody picked the phone and it was the receptionist guy from Marriott. The guy was really helpful and nice, and the walking distance from one hotel to another is literally one minute but not having this check-in information is a real problem especially when you have to call several times before somebody answers you. The check-in information (3-10 pm) put on the door of the hotel is totally futile and misleading, it not just contradicts the information in the Booking (3-11 pm) but is simply not relevant, instead they should just write that the check-in is done in the nearby hotel. The bathroom was clean but there was a greyish plaque on the inner toilet wall which probably needs a thorough scrubbing

i like nothing about the property or my stay.

It was horrible the entire second floor smelled like smoke, my bed sheets had cigarette burns on it and the “phones” they have to call their “front desk”, called the Marriott right in front of the property. DO NOT STAY HERE. The pictures are nothing like what the rooms were like in the pictures and if you want a room that no people smoked in you better specify for that. 0/10 worst place I’ve stayed at.

The second we walked into the “lobby” we wanted to leave. You’ll find a tiny desk outside what looks like a closet. That’s where you check in. The building is set behind another bigger hotel, hidden in the back of the parking lot. The place stinks so bad you can taste it. The white bedding looked like my dog rubbed his butt across it. The bathroom door had a giant hole where the lock should’ve been. We wanted to spend the extra money and stay next door but they were booked. DO NOT STAY HERE!

It was rated 7.5 more like 4.5 For the price it was a joke, it stunk like cat urine, tub dripped water, toilet seat was broke, curtains were stained and very old, didnt like the way they advertise the property, like it was suities, it was nothing good about the place, to pay such a high dollar for a old run down hotel was a joke. dont be fooled on booking.com, that it warrants a 7.5. only good thing about place was the staff was helpful. .

No breakfast. Location a tiny bit awkward. LOVED the bed. LOVED the size of the room. LOVED the quiet!

There could have been a door to the bathroom. No hair dryer.

Outdated old and ugly. Hard to get the right shower temp. Classic roach motel.
