Room had a sofa that was disgustingly dirty with sweat marks?! electric outlets has grease on them and the bathroom was disgusting, they didn’t clean the toilet in any way, bathtub was full of hair, “new” shampoo and conditioner were already used half bottle, shower towels had dirty hand marks on them, soap packages were sticky, bathroom sink was dirty with hair, toothpaste and mosquitoes legs!

The place was comfortable and felt secure.

The staff had godd customer service but the place need cleaning, both inside and outside.

Made due for my purpose

This property was in an area for locals; more like a transient environment. It served my purpose for the night but I would not go back to this property and now that I understand the lay of the land I would not select this area. The reservations I had for the next four night... Holiday Inn Express on St. Charles was more exceptable.

gated to feel more safe

dirty, smelled like smoke even though it said non smoking when rooms were rented and one our rooms had a mouse on the last morning of the stay! I was not pleased with that at all

Needs renovation

+ Mini Refrigerator + Complimentary gated parking available on property + Spacious + Friendly staff

- WiFi password was not given during check-in and I forgot to ask about it. However, reception in the room wasn’t that great anyway. We had difficulty accessing the Internet using cellular data. - Extensive wear and tear on furniture - Damage to floors and walls - Hole in comforter - The hotel room was furnished with 2 sets of towels, but we booked as a party of 4.

Do not get a room here!!!!

I didn't like anything. Large blood stains on the mattress. The blankets and sheets had what looked like pee stains. The shower curtain nasty and moldy. The toilet was off-centered and wobbles. Had drug addicts knocking on the door at 2 am in the morning. The front room door, it wouldn't close right so someone could've broke in. The price for the room did not match the room I got.

Tv came in good.

The shower had only luke warm temp water after running it for 20 minutes. The water got hot in the sink but not the shower.😤
