Disappointing

The property is close to a nice park.

Hotel isn’t clean, there are pungent smells in the hallway of sewer and marijuana. There are obviously long-term residents here. Trash in parking lot overflowing and wasn’t emptied all weekend. There is a kitchen but it’s not stocked with plates or cutlery. There was suspicious activity happening in the parking lot. Rate was extremely high.

Whole places smelled of smoke even room,hallways. Entrance had trash, butts from cigarettes, bugs. Also side of building have over flowing trash and on ground, parking lot had trash, Room was dirty and bugs. I took pictures to show them when we checked out. We wouldn’t have stay but already paid for room. Would not recommend and would never stay there again. State inspectors needs come and look at this place and shut it down.

Dirty and GM had all kinds of excuses. This just doesn’t happen over night.

The hotel from hell.

For the rate paid, a more wholesale breakfast with meat, eggs, and fruit was expected.

Room had a high concentration of bleach smell which caused our eyes to burn. The bathroom sink drained at an unreasonable low level. Brushing teeth led to a full sink of water with slow drainage. The tub was dirty and could not shower the first night of arrival. The shower head and tub faucet flowed at same time causing very little flow from the shower. At no time did we get the full force from the shower head. The refrigerator was not cooling and when we returned from an event, the floor was full of water. The refrigerator hummed at a louder rate than normal. The bathroom vent was extremely loud. Did not receive our requested wakeup call and could have missed our flight. Could not get a printed checkout bill to verify the 20% discount promised for all our troubles. This was the worst hotel experience and will not stay here again. The cost was not commensurate with the service.

Disappointing.

The rooms and hallway had a smell of cigarette smoke even though no smoking allowed. People smoking and hanging around the front doors. The only breakfast was muffins.

The hotel carpets have a musty smell to them. It kind of feels muggy in the halls. I think a good carpet cleaning is due.

Below expectations!

The location is good and the reception were helpful to change our room.

The breakfast is really disappointing. The hotel is pet friendly but it seems the walls are not well isolated that we spent three nights hearing our neighbors dog barking. At the end we decided we should change our room.

Decent CoMO Stay

I interacted with four to five different staff members in our weekend stay, every one of them was helpful and accommodating in professional, friendly manner! For the several downfalls of the facility, the staff completely made up for it. It was nice to have a full sized fridge and microwave (we did not use the stove). The room seemed clean and bed was comfortable enough.

The breakfast was very sad - a couple types of granola bars, instant oatmeal and muffins were the only options - this was disappointing as we expected more hot options. The facility was more dated than the photos let on, the hallways were especially dimly lit. Very low water pressure in the showers, but the water did get hot quickly!

Will NEVER go back

the staff was very pleasant.

it is old, outdated and looks unappealing. It has old, stained mismatched furniture with burn marks. the carpet seems old and stained. My room was booked as a non smoking room but clearly was not. It reeked of smoke residue and the cigarette burn marks on the side of the bathtub and on the floor said it was a smoking room but the stickers saying non smoking were there. It seemed passed residents didn’t obey the non smoking signs. I sprayed perfume to try and tolerate the smell. The bed sucked and it’s close to the highway so all you hear all night is truckers downshifting to go around the bend.

Very clean and affordable. Very easy access and close to our destination in Columbia

It was clean and roomy. I loved having a kitchenette

Even though our room was smoke-free, the cigarette smell was noticeable when I went to sleep. Must be furniture from when smoking was allowed or guests disregard the no smoking in room agreement. This however will not prevent us from using ESA again. I plan to just drop a few drops of lavender essential oil on a cotton ball and put near my pillow. Wala!
