It was clean and not far from airport

1. Very expensive. The cheapest room 150$ for 1 person! 2. For dogs payment also expensive - 25$ for 1 dog and dog not even allowed rest in bathroom, had to stay in cage. On booking.com no information about amount on each dog. If I knew price before - I won't stay there 3. In the room was no mug, teapot, plate or fork...but on booking.com was Information about room has fully equipped kitchen.... 4. In the middle of night someone from reception called in my room twice to ask me "is it from your room noise?. No? Do you know from where noise?"😡.... 5. No restorant or any shop with food near hotel. GPS show me nearest food shop 45 minutes 1 way by foot (I don't have car). So, I go to bed hungry...

We had the best host and this facility was clean and spacious.

The room that was assigned to us had a toilet that did not work. We were immediately upgraded to another room. This facility was also spotless! Our hostess grid was friendly and fun! She was there with a smile and was genuinely interested in what we had planned.

Absolutely NO complaints.

The staff was great and friendly

The room was hot since the ac messed up. The restroom lights would turn off. I took a shower in the dark. When I took a shower the tub clogged up. I had to switch rooms

Disappointing

Full kitchen and rooms were alright. It was within 20 minute walk of a large mall and shopping center that was fun to walk around in.

T.V didnt work, there were items behind the furniture from precious tenants. The location was out of the way from most things but was close to public transit.

not comfortable and clean

convenient and close for 1 night stay. staff were pleasant. breakfast was nice and easy. coffee was good

the first room we were in the toilet didn’t work it looked like whoever was there last tried to clean it up themselves and there was stuff inside it and smelled like cigarettes. they switched us rooms no problem. the second room we were in the tv didn’t work. not very clean, just maybe surface or noticeable areas they clean.

Nothing. The only pleasant thing was it was close to shopping center.

It was dirty.The property had garbage around and the room carpet was super disgusting. The towels were not pleasant good thing I always take my own. And they literally only provide one soap. They should update the pictures to accurate information about the property cause it’s nothing to why is shown in the pictures. Had to go get room keys re activated three times and the response I got was don’t touch your phone.

Disappointing

Convenient for SeaTac and freeway. Good value for money. Aircon worked well. Kitchen facilities were useful.

Wet cloth found under sink. General area around garbage cans very dirty and smelly. Incessant noise from nearby freeways.

Poor quality for the price

Breakfast was only small wrapped muffins and granola bars

I had to wait almost twenty minutes for the night clerk to clock on and process our reservation..the elevator is out of order...the parking lot was littered with cigarette butts and dirty....our bed was poor quality as well as the bedding. The cabinet the tv sat on was damaged and the drawer would not stay shut

Floor was disgusting, bottom of feet were black after walking around barefoot in room. Bathroom sink was clogged. Room stunk so bad of smoke.

I've started at several of your hotels this one was horrible

Left atv5am and nothing ready

Cold room. Smoking not really but yah kinda remember to bring your own ashtray but don’t smoke.

The room was listed on booking.com as a smoking room. It is. But you’ll show up to the hotel and they will tell you you can’t smoke anywhere on property. You’ll ask why you were allowed to book a smoking room at a non smoking facility and the staff will tell you that booking.com doesn’t have updated information for their location. They don’t have ash trays for you either. If you attempt to access the front lobby and are unsure of how to do that and you try in the wrong way, the staff will look at you like you walked in with your head fully inserted between your legs and tell you “that’s not how it works”. This was one negative interaction of a number of pleasant ones but the room and facility isn’t great and I didn’t appreciate the young lady up front acting like my brain is broken because I tried using my key card to get in the lobby when no staff is visible from the window. This is a booking.com problem.

Never use book.com to reserve a place to stay.

I liked they had a room for us even when book.com did not reserve our room. I learned not to use book.com when I need to reserve a room.

That book.com did not reserve our room when we did all that was supposed to be done to get a place to stay.

Don't go to this hotel

Didnt get a chance to like anything as our room was not available when we got there

The staff was rude and inhospitable. We showed up for our reservation and she didn't have it and when I told her I made it through booking.com she basically told me that was a problem and they knew it and didn't care. I was told to call booking but it wouldn't have done me any good as the room we wanted and had booked about a month in advance was not available anyways.
