Our short stay was wonderful, we received first class treatment as guests by all the staff.

Breakfast was sweet and simple. The charges were reasonable, value for money for the fabulous room and its amenities offered. We had booked for 5 nights from March 26-31 but had to shorten our stay to 3 nights due to health issue with our 4 year old kid due to uncertain weather changes. But the manager was sensitive to the situation, totally understood our concern and cooperated with us to modify our schedule accordingly, also refunding us for the days/nights we did not stay. We couldn't have asked for more.

Horrible experience ever, this place needs to be knocked down and rebuilt

Location

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, when you flush the toilet it leaked water from the back of it. I ask the lady at the front for tissue and she told me they were out of tissue, but the housekeeper must have heard me and gave me one roll. I requested for clean towels and was told I could not get clean towels because the machine to wash the towels was broken not working. Then to top it off it was bugs under the bed and in the corner of the room.

Not clean . We stayed for one night. The bathroom commode was dirty, Low water pressure in the shower. The bed linens were wrinkled and had a stain . When we asked for new sheets the front desk they don’t have any available.The chair in the dining area was dirty like somebody stepped on it

Best Hotel By Far

The staff were just amazing from the overnight workers all the way up to the hotel manager. This truly is a home away from home they make you feel like family,from Manager Nicole (Mom) who runs a very tight household. I have been so blessed meeting these kind people,I spend a lot of time in hotels and the ones in Plano Texas just don't have hospitality down yet,but extended stay America goes above and beyond for their family. Thank you again for everything. Me and my family will most definitely be back Many thanks Jenny

No one would come to the desk. When they finally did answer phone , mind u I had a reservation that even said what time I would arrive. He said they would not check me in cause it's past time. Then said they where full, which in his voice sounded like a lie. So it's 1 am tired and got rude, sorry about your luck and kick to the curb. So no I don't suggest you go there ever!

We had a suite with a bed in a separate room.

Floors were filthy in our room and halls. They were never swept or cleaned at all the entire time we were there. Remote and other items were sticky and dirty as well. Fridge had mold on bottom rim and kirchenette was old and worn. Completely NOT what was shown in the pictures upon booking. Breakfast was coffee and granola bar ONLY. No juice or anything else. Four adults in our suite for 3 days and only 2 towels/washcloths. We were told we couldn't get any more until Monday morning at 7am. We arrived Friday and checked out on Monday.

for the area that this hotel is in it was not a good hotel.

close to a lot of places to eat.

the hotel is extremely outdated. they charged me almost $60 more than what I had booked the room for and someone was murdered 2 rooms down from me the second night I was there. Cops were everywhere, crime scene unit was there, took the coroner forever to show up and there was blood on the stairwell door and all over the stairwell floor. I spoke to the front desk and of course they refused to disclose any information.

I would like my money back for false advertisement.

The units are old but unit 242 was not clean in months their was dust in every corner of the unit including the bathroom. Was should not pass code for occupancy. But I was place into this unit. No soap rack inside shower so you had sit you soap on the floors. Paint chipping on just about every wall and to top it off the toilet seat was painted over instead of being replaced.. SO YOU HAD PAINT CHIPPING ON YOU A$$.

I booked the 2 rooms thru booking.com. I was supposed to get 1 room with 1 bed and another room with 2 beds. When we checked in the desk clerk said they didn't have a room with 2 beds. They asked if a 1 bed suite with a fold out couch would work .I agreed to that but said when a 2 bed room became available that we would need to be swtched.they kept saying that room was not available even after we called and asked for a 2bed room and they said they had one.

worst ES I have ever stayed at, I won’t return again!

I like the location, close to the highway and lots of places to eat that are very close.

the property is a bit rundown, needs paint and some upgrades. I saw 5 roaches in my room, the AC didn’t work and I found some items left from the last guest, so how clean is this place?

The staff (Nicole, Shauna, ‘T’) were awesome and super helpful.

Location was great. I was close to the breakfast area. Great coffee and decent breakfast snacks. It couldn’t have been better for the price. Otis Spunkmeyer muffins and great granola bars, also had oatmeal.

People next door were smoking and it reared in the hallway. The evening manager took care of it though. Some people just can’t follow the rules.

My pull out sofa bed was extremely dirty. Could not sleep on it. Was not told they had the homeware in the office. Lack of towels readily available.

I prepay . Left a note I would be late. They cancel my room on arrival. Than I was told booking.com had my money.

Each Manger and staff to this day is passing the blame. I'm still not refunded 307.97
