The food and hotel
The electric car chargers did not work. We counted on that. That is something that should be resolved. Everything else was perfect!

Nice apartment well presented
The site had been flooded and many activities were not available. No breakfast available till 7.30 and the food available was not to my taste. You need a vehicle to get around. The site has too many steep gradients and steps for me

Beautiful views and private accommodations

From the moment I arrived until the time I left everything was absolutely wonderful. The greeting (and the fragrant scent) in the lobby was warm and welcoming; my room was cozy and quiet and I had a beautiful, wintery view and it was central to everything the resort had to offer; the spa was heaven; the food and drinks were delicious; I enjoyed walking the property and checking out the Art Studio and the General Store; and saw some exceptional talent in the movies I had seen. I really had a wonderful time at Sundance Mountain Resort for the Sundance Film Festival. It truly is a very special place and I'll treasure my time there!
I can't think of a single thing I didn't like!

location was awesome and our room was comfortable and well appointed
limited food options, but to be fair we stayed on a Sunday evening

beautiful place. we stayed in a studio one night. very comfy. loved stepping out into nature with private deck. rustic charm. maybe a bit contrived but genuine comfort and dynamite location.
we stayed in summer and our room was cool. a bit pricey at $450.

Gorgeous scenery and a nice room, very polite staff.
That we had to leave :)
4.2
location and nice staff.
needs some upgrades, phones in room not working for example.
4.2
Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Clean rooms. Luxury in the mountains.
4.2
Maybe location was ok…
Room was not clean, outdated, poorly maintained room and porch.

The cottages were in a beautiful setting. The beds were comfortable. We liked that most of the public spaces were in one central location.
The public spaces were too crowded, especially during Covid. It took a day or so to figure out how to get to and from our cabin. The path signage could have been better.

Room was comfortable.
Room and cabin was in woeful need of updating.

Lots of character and nestled between mountain streams, mountains and pine forests.
Nothing

Location, location, location
A big hole in front of the entrance of the Standard room we had - not sure what’s supposed to be there during winter time - maybe a hot tub? Who knows…I get it it’s off season but pls do at least make an effort that you care during this time also. Thank you

The cabin was fantastic - spacious and comfortable and rustic all at the same time. The grounds were beautiful. It was relaxing and despite the rain we enjoyed our one night stay.
The parking was an issue. We couldn't find a spot near the cabin after going out for a short ride. We created our own spot so as not to have to walk far in the rain.

It was cozy and a lux, mountain experience.

Very special and unique property, friendly helpful staff, excellent food

It is a stunning location. Sensitively arranged, artistically rendered. Bed and bathroom both practical and very comfortable with just enough throwback to have some historical context.
I loved the owl bar. Cozy and stylish, with wonderful pictures of Butch and Sundance, real and movie.
Too many folks did not respect wearing masks or distancing and staff didn’t pick them up on it... It made me Covid uncomfortable in the public spaces.

Sundance is a beautiful resort area. Rooms are cozy and compact and situated amongst the trees. Even though there were three separate accommodations attached, the rooms were quiet and decks were private. Since we had been traveling for 10 days prior, we appreciated the free, laundry facilities right outside our room's door. The restaurant had a nice outdoor space, the food was good and their bar's old fashion was one of the best ever. Room service was available.
The property was pleasant to walk around or take the chair lift ride, if you are up for a long, aerial ride. Staff was always helpful. Good Covid-19 protocols in place.
The path to our cabin was a stretch from the parking and we had a bit to carry. Fortunately, there was a porter to assist.
