All in all it was a great stay. Again, the staff was awesome.

The staff was awesome. We liked the BBQ area also. Hot water for showers was great.

Breakfast was very disappointing, we expected a continental Breakfast not a grab and go with only coffee, package oatmeal, small granola bars and bad muffins. The rooms are outdated and need to be refurbished.

Don’t stay here. Makes Motel 6 look like the Ritz.

The location is literally the only good thing and only because there aren’t many hotels on that side of town.

It was an absolutely filthy, outdated, run down motel. The staff of one was never at the front desk, the floors were filthy, rooms and elevator and hallways were old and ugly, like a really cheap motel would have. There was a weird musty feeling and smell through out the place, the bed was tiny and blankets thin, and the “free breakfast” was a couple of stale packaged muffins on a plate in the lobby. Do NOT STAY HERE.

Too noisy, steps from upper rooms can be hear, it made me difficult to find a way for sleeping during night!

Room had a químical aroma that made me leave the room went down to front desk like around 10:30pm waited several minutes for the attendant never came out dropped the key and left had to drive to a friends house in Chula Vista to spend the night that I paid for at that facility m.

Floor filthy, our feet were BLACK after walking on the floors that looked like a laminate wannabe wood. BLACK feet, gross, had to wear socks.

Wasn’t a terrible stay but the cleanliness was the problem.

I liked the professionalism of the gentleman who assisted the check in process.

Cleanliness was not great. It looked like cleaning product was just left over and not actually used. There was hair and other grime on surfaces. We also didn’t initially have towels or spare toilet paper in our room. The gentleman who checked us in was kind and accommodating. The woman on night staff who helped with the toilet paper seemed inconvenienced by requesting for service. Found it more important to continue her personal phone conversation.

I liked that is was a convenient distance to shopping.

The elevator was broken, they were so understaffed I had to wait at least fifteen minutes to find someone to check in, they had laundry available but no detergent, the “breakfast” was instant coffee and granola bars, the area felt unsafe as did the other guests, the room was grimy and the kitchen appliances barely worked.
