Quiet and clean with close location to course at hospital.
Bed too hard and coffee need covers for cups
3.0 / 10.0
it was on the 1st floor
The room smelled like mildew I had to spray it every day and had to put the AC on to create a breathable area. The furniture was outdated the bed was not comfortable. The so called free breakfast was a waste of time for that don't offer anything.

It was clean enough?
What a weird experience from the time we got there until the time we left. The hotel rooms don’t even come with soap? I don’t know. Very weird.

Clean, easy access and parking
Furniture chipped and worn. Kitchen rough shape. “Free breakfast” was oatmeal packs or granola bars and coffee. No milk juice fruit etc. must ask for coffeemaker or dishes

It was filthy, the windows were open when I got there making it feel very unsafe for the first floor. It smelled like old smoke. The bed linens had stains everywhere.

The price was reasonable and u get all the immensities that u need including a big refrigerator which is important to me as I don't eat out much and like to have room for my food and a big freezer for my Ice cream addiction LOL! Also I didn't have to pay the pet fee because my dog is a service animal but I don't have the paperwork and instead of giving me a hard time about it it just took my word for it and waived the fee which was much appreciated! And last but not least the staff were wonderful so kind and considerate and friendly and very helpful as well U have a great team of employees! I will definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you for a nice stay!
There was dog poop everywhere outside and I mean everywhere!!! It was really difficult to walk my dog especially at night cuz at least during the day I could see it! It was like trying to avoid land mines! I know this is not the fault of the hotel it's the disrespectful guests that think they are too good to pick up after their dog but if they're not gonna pick it up then who will all I'm saying is that they should have a grounds keeper who goes around and scoops up the poop! I know I can't be the only one complaining about this it's just frustrating and upsetting when you pay all that money to stay somewhere and you have to worry about stepping in someone else's dog poop especially when you're someone who picks up after their dog it's not fair it's not right and it's an ongoing problem with a lot of hotels something needs to be done about this regardless of whether or not the owner picks up after the dog someone needs to it's not fair and they shouldn't have to but if they don't then no one will and it will get worse and worse and my other issue I had was there was a aggressive and vicious dog there when I stayed there I think that it should be a rule that only friendly dogs and friendly animals should be allowed because there are children there and there are other dogs there and other pets and again I shouldn't have to worry about something like that when I'm paying good money to stay somewhere I should feel safe and comfortable and so should my dog all I'm saying is vicious psychotic dogs should not be allowed and if the dog does try to go after another dog multiple times and is being aggressive towards your guests in my opinion something should be said about that to the owner they should be given a warning and then if it happens again they should be asked to leave because sooner or later somebody's pet and or child is going to be seriously injured by one of these wild dogs because their owner...

The room was clean
The air conditioner was making a noise like something was trying to come out. So didn't sleep very well. And they can add another blanket to the bed cause one wasn't enough

absolutely nothing
The room was filthy, I think the only thing done before I arrived (I hope) was the sheets were changed. Shower, toilet, mirror, counters all need a MAJOR cleaning. Flimsy shade - I had to take the closet “door” which was nothing more than a filthy brown drape & pull it across the window for privacy. Lights from parking lot lit up the room at night. Kitchen - unless you travel w/ pots/pans/silverware/glasses - you can’t use it - RIDICULOUS. Mattress pad underneath the sheet had dark brown stains showing through the sheets, so I put a towel on the sheet & slept on that. Bed has 1 flimsy sheet & a flimsy coverlet. It is not a hotel, it is a shelter for people that likely are homeless. The floor was loud, kids running up & down the hallway. I should have demanded a refund. I met a young lady on arrival & another on departure, I didn’t have the heart to Kay this all on them. This needs to go to corporate level, they both were lovely & did their job. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE. One last thing, big hole in one of the walls. just complete insanity, I thought I was in a 3rd world country, not the United States of America.

I called the property at 8pm letting them know I'd arrive at 3am. The guy told me he'd be there and there was no problem. When I arrived at 3am, this same guy said "there's no room for you. You arrived too late, so we passed it to someone else." And offered me a refund. That was it! Extremely disrespectful as I had to find another place in the middle of the night. I still didn't get this refund, by the way. And what a shame, Extended Stay, that your employees literally say "whoever comes first gets the room", so basically DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL.

* Kitchen with a large fridge
* Location
* No extra pet fee
* Around the clock check in (we checked on around 11PM)
* Plenty of parking spaces
* On Saturday morning they have been doing facade renovations right in front of our window staring 7AM. It was very loud as workers who were on window level were talking with people on the ground, as well as equipment noise line screeching when moving the ladder. Lucky for us we had the privacy blinds fully down...
* The room was in a pretty bad shape - mirror was very dirty, carpet has burn holes in it, bedside lights on one side were not working.
Update:
* Posing this a week after my stay - I got monthly statement that has an extra charge for the stay, that I already payed using booking.com; the property asked to leave a card on file for accidental damages and I stupidly agreed to do this. Calling them about the problem yielded no results, they claim to not receive any payments from booking.com and thus charged my card instead - and now I have to spend hours calling my property/bank/booking trying to resolve the satiation! Do not make my mistake, pay only with booking and NEVER leave your credit card info with the property.
