Through no fault of my own, they put me in a bad situation

Made reservation to escape fireworks in my neighborhood. No mention of locals prohibition in any of the amenities or services listed ANYWHERE. At check in, 6pm July 4th, they refused me. left a 77 year old lady and little dog standing, nowhere to go!!

There was no mention in the hotel information that local residents were not allowed. And it was not mentioned when reservation was made. Instead they refused me at check in 6pm on the holiday, leaving me nowhere to go with my little dog. The situation with illegal fireworks by my home is so bad I had to plan to leave my home. And the clerk turned me away. No fault of my own I was completely unaware of such a thing. They could see what they were doing and just didn’t care.

Fine. It was good for the price!

There were soaps and shampoo bottles, bu they were not waste fully large. I like the kitchen as part of the rooms.

Struggled with wifi. Walls were not soundproof enough. Too much noise from hallway , nearby rooms and outside. Bathroom could have been slightly larger.

Potentially a good hotel!

The kitchen being there, the floors not being carpet, coffee and room size. Staff was very helpful.

The room had an odor as did the elevator. The shower curtain was mildewed, and I had to request a clean one. We saw a roach on nightstand.

the comfort of the bed and the size of room

Everything else no pool inside or outside. No gym to support good health No ice machine) Was Given an later check in do to computers Was Given a dirty smelling bad room at first Then another bad smelling room and said I can't have no candles No shower curtain No coffee pot I was Disturbed in bed about Pet exterminator supposed to be coming in and spray rooms before my check out time was woke out my sleep.

We made the best out of it!!!

That the room has a kitchen in it. For the price we paid was cheap for three days. We was able to cook real meal and enjoy our stay.

The elevator is broken and the breakfast 🙃 wasn't a breakfast at all. The room floor was not sweep or mopped.

Nothing did not get to stay at hotel..they were overbooked

Poor customer service upon arrival desk clerk stated they were overbooked for the night I had to find a different hotel. Now I am being charged for a cancellation fee. Will not use this service again...

Below average. Because of the list of dislikes above, we will not return or recommend.

We love the location and setting and it was a decent value. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and the motel was quiet, parking was very convenient.

1. The room floor had several red stains. 2. The desk chair was soiled to the point that we would not sit in it. 3. The sink drain pipe leaked water on the bathroom floor. 4. The continental breakfast was the bare minimum. 5. The window curtain did not have a blind. We were on the ground floor by the main entrance and with the curtain open, everyone could look into the room. So we had the keep the curtain closed for privacy and missed out enjoying the sunny day. 6. This motel is well past its prime and in need of updating and repairs.
