VERY DISAPPOINTED

Location was appropriate for what we needed.

Floors were sticky, toilet was wobbly and felt like it was going to fall over whenever we used it, there was no soap or hairdryer, there were no dishes unless you asked, women at front desk were rude, (the men were nice). We paid over $800 for one night because we were in town for a concert and that should have been reflected in our accommodations. We had to ask for more towels and were made to feel as if we were trying to steal them. I don't know how you can charge that much for a room with a kitchen and not provide even plastic cups. And an "extended stay" without a hairdryer? Even the cheapest hotel has a hairdryer on the wall. We had to go out to buy one. I understand that the prices were jacked up due to the concert, but I think even if I had paid the normal price I would have expected more. Even the basic things (soap, hairdryer, cups) were not provided.

it was in a bad neighborhood and right next to the thruway and you can hear the cars all night going by from our room

It’s okay, found cockroaches on bed and floor. Got kicked out at 10 am when we were sleeping because they need to clean

Breakfast was as advertised - not really breakfast - but they had coffee, tea, oatmeal, grits, muffins,...& it was "grab & go" ...which was OK

Good value but disappointing service

I liked the blackout curtains, the comfortable bed and how quiet the neighbors were.

I did not like the service. When I arrived, I had to wait for about 10 minutes just to have a staff member to come check my reservation and get me set up with rooms for my family and I. When we did receive our room keys, the first room was okay, but the second room had a broken window that had fallen open and was letting in the cold outside air. This room was about 20 degrees colder than the other. My husband talked with the front manager who would not believe him, even when my husband showed him a picture. After the manager came to check the room,, we requested and received a new room. We did not experience difficulties during the rest of our stay other than we had difficulty opening the bathroom door in our new room because it hit the toilet and we had to push the door past the toilet to enter the bathroom.
