Short and enjoyable stay.

The place was roomy and spacious. We liked that the location is close to all our needs. Staff was attentive and polite. Room was clean and quiet. Air con/ heater was great and silent. I love that the hotel provides additional utensils for the kitchen. Spoons, knives, plates, cutting board etc.

We had to bring the additional room kitchen items back to our room by ourselves, even though it stated it will be brought up by the team. But I'm nickpicking - it's not a big deal.

Won't stay there again. Best to slept in car.

Location

The room was not clean. The air/heater had food spilled in the vents. The carpet was very stained and the kitchenette floor was sticky. The walls had spills and gunk on the switches. The light fixtures had fingerprints. The sign in tablet was filthy. Not a good experience. Noisy neighbors and smelly hallway.

The facility was clean and very nice

My room wasn't very well cleaned. The drawers had hair in them and the cupboards had grease smudges all over them.

Breakfast in my opinion was nonexistan. I was more like a snack, the coffee was just warm, not hot. The tea selection did not include any green tea.

Pet friendly - nice place to stay

The staff is amazing. Love the location and prices were competitive. I love that I could cook food in the kitchenette vs only microwave food. Pet friendly and I highly recommend.

Grab and go selection could be better, but not horrible.

Long black hairs

Location, value and size of room.

The bathroom wasn't clean. There was dried shampoo lather and long black hairs on the shower walls.

Will probably stay somewhere else next time.

It was a place to stay. The refrigerator was nice to have.

The price quoted on booking was about $300 less then the price paid. Room still smells of cigarettes. Very stale smell. Wi-Fi was nonexistent.

Not too shabby.

Easy to get in and out.

Bathroom light bulb stopped working about 3 hours into out stay. It was about 9pm and desk person said juat wait till morning. It was not easy showering in a dark hotel bathroom.

Nice rooms/kitchen.

Two of the managers and one of the front desk staff were absolutely horrendous. We no longer fee safe at any extended stay America if that’s how they allow their employees to behave and treat guests.

The staff Kelly and Sheila are excellent people. They did everything they could to accommodate me and I appreciate them very much.

The free Wi-Fi cuts in-and-out at the most inopportune times. The laundromat had new washers and dryers in stalled,, but the dryers do not work as of yet. The layout of the Room the frigerator door in the kitchen has the door opening towards the kitchen instead of towards the entrance which would make it easier to enter when cooking, simple fix. Switch the The hinges on the doors will allow the door to open from right to left. Shower pressure is terrible.
