It was so welcoming and quirky in such a fantastic way! We really loved staying here, and we will come back!!!
Nothing, it was fantastic!!!!

Sego was wonderful!

The Decor and having coffee and tea available at all times.
Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for dinner on our night stay.

The hotel was amazing, we enjoyed the stayed and the amenities. It was a great location to a lot of things in town
The bed sheets were a little itchy.

Very friendly atmosphere.
Room makeup once every 3 days.
4.5
nice combination of a B&B, with a unique, somewhat personalized hotel experience, and a larger hotel with some anonymity. The facilities were nicely remodeled with a very nice restaurant. Rooms are very comfortable.
nothing to not like.

good location comfy bed
First don't charge a $12 a night resort tax when Pool isn't open, second we waited 10 min to check in because Eric was on the phone w someone who was trying to book a room meanwhile there were 2 groups waiting to check in behind us. Eric was very nice but was short staffed. Third had a king size room, room is way too small for king bed plus everything else in there. U can barely move around. Put a queen in there and take huge armoire out too.

Clean, comfortable and quiet!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Canyon Boutique Hotel. The room was wonderful, the staff were very friendly, and the restaurant there, Sego, was so good that we ate there every night. We would totally go back to CBH for our future visit to Kanab.
Nothing.

The room was really quiet even though the hotel was close to the freeway. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was better than usual.
Pillows were too bulky.
4.5
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was much better than expected and would compare well to more urban facilities.
Access difficult for disabled people.

Room was large and beautiful. Jacuzzi tub was great! Quite luxurious for the price I thought.
I loved the beautiful light fixtures in the entrance and restaurant.
Coffee and French toast were excellent and they made fresh decaf coffee for my companion.
The weather wasn't good but it was nice that they had outdoor seating and free bikes to use if it had been warmer.
I liked everything!

property is small and rooms are very nice. Likely the nicest boutique hotel in Kanab. Breakfast is good, but not made to order as it was pre Covid.
4.5
convenience
no elevator or cart to use for hauling luggage, no microwave or fridge

Excellent reception services, all our questions answered with a big smile. Room was cozy with all you need for a short stay. If something was missing, reception helped immediately. Breakfast was good, fresh eggs and variety of lighter options for 10USD / day. Good location to start your explorations in Bryce Canyon and Zion. Very quiet town to return to after a busy hiking day. Rooms have big soft beds with good bedding.
Small detail but air conditioning in room was loudest ever. We had to switch it off at night. Room floor a bit slanted, but otherwise excellent boutique hotel recommended for a nice short relaxing stay in Kanab.
