Lovely resort in a beautiful area, would stay again

It was a great resort in a very scenic location. There were a lot of amenities available, including a good gym (not like other hotel gyms). Some nice restaurants a short drive away. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful.

The rooms were a bit dated, and the beds were incredibly small. Sharing a small double wasn’t the comfiest after a long day of hiking! Service at the resort cafe was a little slow.

A lovely getaway, just needs a thorough cleaning

Beautiful grounds, good location. We loved the outdoor hot tubs, surrounded by beautiful landscaping and were delighted to see little lizards scurrying around! All the restaurant staff were LOVELY. And the spa was great.

Our room was DIRTY, especially the bathroom. The person who checked us in was unpleasant, but not in a fun way. We ate at the restaurant only once, because it wasn’t very good. We chose this property because there were vegan options on site, but the food was cold and sort of meh.

We enjoyed the amenities such as the spa, pool and restaurant very much but felt our room was dated.

The spa services were excellent. The resort staff, especially in the restaurant, were very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool was beautiful and the perfect temperature.

Our room was dated and the cooling unit very noisy at night.

The location and access to gorgeous walking trails. Also that it was so dog friendly. Also our dinner at the restaurant had great and delish veggie and vegan options.

No major complaints. Just seemed a bit dated in the rooms. Would love a coffee maker and coffee in the room. Beds and linens super comfy!!

It was ok

The view was amazing. The location wasn't too far from local shops and restaurants.

The pool didn't have towels as promised. The area wasn't as clean. No microwave in the room, but one in the laundry area downstairs. Unloading is a bit difficult but not too bad. It was a bit pricey for what felt lacking in some areas. Also there was a bee in the fire alarm, that was an interesting experience to get out of the room. We were a bit concerned that it might be a nest. Luckily, it was just thr one.

Our stay was beautiful and relaxing!

The hypoallergenic bedding, peaceful atmosphere, helpful staff, and amenities were lovely. I will be staying at this resort again!

If our room would have had a microwave, it may have been helpful. Also, the refrigerator wasn't staying cold often. A larger updated refrigerator would have been great as well.

Dirty and smelly room. Bathtub needs regrouting, it’s dirty and moldy. Really disappointed this time staying there with the cleanliness.

Snow canyon is beautiful and the location is superb. The lack of room servicing was a let down.

The location is stunning

No room cleaning at all during our stay - we were told that it was not every day but we stayed three nights and it wasn’t cleaned at all
