Beautiful area nice town everyone was really nice.
First sign I saw upon walking into the facility was a warning about lead paint and the potential risk of entering the building. This was alarming because I saw nothing about this before booking. when I called to confirm our booking and remind them that we would have a late arrival, the guy who answered the phone was like “I’m glad that you called because they were supposed to call and tell you that we’re out of king beds, so we can only offer you a queen or did you wanna cancel the booking?“ mind you, I’m calling them around 8-9pm on the night of arrival so they’ve had all day to call me. We were already in route and it was too late to book somewhere else for a similar price/location.
The bed was really uncomfortable and noisy. The room smelled like muggy like possible water damage or something.

Location is excellent.
Wifi was terrible. My TV remote never worked. Seems to be people staying there permanently. Working on their cars in the parking lot. No essentials in the kitchen. Maintinance people agressivly knocking on door without warning.

Very little, if anything.
Breakfast awful, shouldn't be advertised as free breakfast. Run down building needing complete upgrade. Air conditioner in rooms crank on and wake you up. Window wouldn't close. Bed covers dirty, and they charged $220/night.

The only good thing about this property is it’s proximity to decent eating options
Had to wait 15 minutes at an empty reception desk before a staff member mysteriously appeared from a back door. The entire hotel was consumed with the smell of weed. The overall vibe of this place was seedy. I stayed in a suite with a kitchenette. There were no dishes or utensils to be found. My room felt sticky, not sure how else to describe it. I expected more out of extended stay. I had to stay in the area for two nights but I could manage one night here. I was happy to check in my second night elsewhere.

The receptionist that helped us was very nice.
The room was very dirty, hair in the shower, dirty floors throughout the room, fridge was dirty with a smell, kitchen counters were dirty, the bed sheets has hairs. We requested a change of sheets or another room but we’re told by the guy at the reception that they were are booked.

The vibe

The only thing I liked about the property was the two women that were checking me out on July 10 in the afternoon around 1:30 They were both sweet and accommodating and had really good customer service skills.
we came to yorba linda ca. to get married the next day, July 9 2022, and were exhausted from planning and decorating for the last two days. we got to the extended stay at 11:24pm to check in. when we first got there people were hanging out outside of the hotel drinking. when I walked into the lobby there was no one inside just a empty desk and no one around. it smelled so bad like curry it was really strong. one of the residents that lived there saw me and was waiting on someone to get into his room cause his key card didn’t work. he proceeded to look for a employee and had to look in their break room and then knock on the door to the office to get her. when she came out she got mad at him for looking for her. like she didn’t want to bothered. then she proceeded to check me in. while in the lobby a man who looked homeless walked in and went upstairs. once I finally got a room 20 mins after arriving. I went to my car to get our belongings and we had a tone of stuff for the next morning. when I walked down the hall way it smelled so bad like pee. I don’t know what was worse the curry smell or the pee smell. once I got to my door room 105 the people in the room had really loud music playing. sounded like a party. I walked back to the front desk and guess what oh yeah she is no where to be found. to I had to look for her. and I have a tone of stuff in my hands cause of course there’s no luggage carts in sight. so I had to knock on the door to the office to tell her about the music and if I could get another room. she said there was only one other room and it was on the top floor. so I said forget it and told her to go down the hall way and have them turn down the music. which you could tell she didn’t want to. so she goes and says there is no more music playing. so I said ok and walked back to the room and sure enough the music was still going. she didn’t walk far enough down to hear it. pure laziness. I had to physically take her to the room so she could hear it.
