Needed complete information on hotel booking policies.

Never got to enjoy the stay.

The fact that I wasn't told about the deposit fee of $100 with the hotel is the reason why I was unable to enjoy my stay. I made payments to book my room through this traveling app, and when it was time for me to check into the hotel I was told that it required for a holding deposit fee of $100 in order for me to stay. I didn't have the funds at that time due to me spending it all for the booking of the room through this traveling app.

everything, there was an old rude lady when I checked in then found roaches in the room, then the fire alarm kept going off every 10 minutes, checked in at 4pm & was trying to check out at midnight but the girl on the night shift appeared to be on some drugs so I just left & called the manager in the morning. also the room didn’t have any of the kitchen utensils, nor any pots, pans not even a coffee maker as advertised, there was crushed food on the table/desk & the stove was rusted & nasty and let’s not forget the fridge door being on backwards. never will I book here again

the room was to be a non smoking room but could smell smoke plus smelled like sweaty locker room. floors were dirty and the dresser was missing the front of drawer

The Day from Hell at Extended Stay Chattanooga with Alexandria the receptionist

The receptionist Alexandria was very rude and disrespectful. She act as though she didn't have time to find my reservation. She was very short as though she had an attitude. I finally got my room but the tub was very dirty and the refrigerator had a puddle of water in the bottom of it running out on to the floor. The room had roaches and the roaches was inside the refrigerator. I called the office and told Alexandria I wanted another room she told me to come to the office as though she was going to put me in another room but when I got to the office Alexandria acted as though we didn't talk about the nasty room she put me in. I told her I want another room she began to yell at me stating she couldn't put me in another room . Alexandria told me I would have to wait until the next day which I told her I was only staying for 1 day. She told me she could give me a key to every room so I can see if anyone was in the room then I can move. I told her that didn't make any sense and that her customer service skills was not great at all. She started to yell stating how many years she had worked in that position which means nothing if you don't know how to treat your customers. I spoke with the manager the next day and she was very pleasant. The manager gave me a discount for all the trouble I had to go through with Alexandria.

Fair stay next door to Chattanooga airport

Convenient location, good room size, comfortable bed.

There was no pans/pots/dishware, no kettle/coffee maker available. Very unusual for ESA. Noticed a roach in the room. So pest control work is needed. Internet connection kept breaking all the time.

It was ok if you're only sleeping there but the cigarette smoke.

Got a handicap room but it didn't have a shower chair unless i didn't bring a shower chair, i couldn't have given my husband a shower.

People were smoking outside of our room and the smoke was seeping into our room. For a 100% smoke free property as advertised the management said as along as they smoke outside, they couldn't do anything about it. When checking out no one to be found so i wrote on the key cards the room number and was leaving finally someone showed up and was not happy i wrote on the card. This was during peak check out time and no one there.

Conveniently located and a comfortable room when arriving late or leaving early from the airport.

The rooms were fine and clean and the beds were comfortable. The reception staff were chatty, fabulous and very helpful. Check in and out was easy.

This is located only a short distance away from the airport and you would expect that it would be easy to get there. Unfortunately Chattanooga have limited taxi, uber and lift services which makes getting around a little tricky. Highly recommend you prebook any transport services or hire a car.
