Clean and comfortable place to rest our heads

Customer service was great. Staff was very friendly and the GM even ran out to my car at check in to get my license plate number for me.

The breakfast selection was lacking and the shower was not draining well and had a big stain or something by the drain so we didn't want to use it. Wasn't a huge deal to us as we were just driving home for the day but may be a deal breaker for others.

Good location. Large room.

Dated. Needs upgrades and lighter colors. Needs more towel racks. Motorcycle group was also staying there and was allowed to block entrance with their bikes

Worked out for a one niter.

Quiet, convenient location. Decent Breakfast. Good value.

First room, A/C was not cooling. Moved to adjacent room. Shower in second room flowed down wall, across the tub and flooded the floor. Drain in tub was slow/clogged.

Not flexible to accommodate guests. Unsanitary

Breakfast was average

Booked for 8 guests but had 1 room with 2 beds and 1 room with 1 bed, and no sofa bed. We were told that could not be changed cuz they were overbooked. Small bottles of toiletries were half full so not sanitary using for multiple guests. And front desk said they were out of shampoo. Said pool #1 was closed but that was the only pool!

Friendly staff and a comfy bed - what more do you need.

We were upgraded to a larger room when we had some trouble with our key card. The bed was comfortable and we slept very soundly. The location was very convenient - less than 15 minutes to downtown Nashville. The room was clean and quiet. :)

We were only there for one night. Overall it was perfect for our needs. Check-in was a bit slow with the key snafu, but they made it right.

Everything except for the fact that my room had no hot water.

My room had no hot water on my check out date. When I told the lady at the front desk (after I had checked out), she asked my room number, shrugged and said she didn't know what the problem was with "those" rooms. Didn't even apologize!

Lack of dependability on customer service, good location.

I like the location, close to several food places, we had plenty of hot water this time but probably due to us being their alittle late. I enjoy the options for the breakfast! Customer Service is good, they are nice but not dependable.

they didn’t have any extra towels due to the head housekeeper. (there was 7 of us and only 4 towels). I requested a crib and the person said they’d bring me one and they never did.. lack of vending machines and what they do have is VERY VERY overpriced. Hot water all depends on the volume of people using the water.

EVERYTHING!! best value, best breakfast, most comfortable bed, large TV, our room was upgraded for free, the sweetest staff, and just an amazing stay all around!

So many serious issues. So disappointing.

Location. Pleasant staff. Good fitness center. Bed in the first room was good.

No hot water. Tub didn't drain so we got moved to another room where the toilet leaked. Bed in the 2nd room was lumpy and deformed.. Keys disconnected each morning and had to be reset. I asked why and was told it was "the system.". Appears that there has been no maintenance and upkeep for a long while. Very disappointing because I had always had confidence in La Quintas.

Not awesome. In future would pay more for a better option.

The front desk person was incredibly friendly and nice. The room was very large. Bed was comfortable and nice. Very affordable.

Property was pretty run down. One of the rooms they put me in smelled like mold so I asked to switch. Luckily there was another option. But overall room design was really weird and furniture was stained and it just had an off putting vibe.

I checked out early.

The location of the hotel was the only thing that worked for us. Parking was good. Lobby was nice

Pool was closed. Hotel smelled like pot. Room wasn’t cleaned properly.

it was clean and the room was cozy the bed was HUGE

to be honest i wish there was more snack options like microwave food options at the lobby
