Nothing. Absolutely Nothing.

Everything. Their was a bum sitting right next to our door when we came back from dinner on the fourth floor. Their were shopping carts in the front lobby. The staff was rude and took a long time to come to the front desk. The entire hotel smelled like pee. parking lot was full of cars with people living out of them, just looked like trash. let’s just saying after coming back from dinner we immediately left and drove 3 hours home.

it was horrible and nasty took them 3 days to switch my room and it was still nasty and dirty I was upset with paying al

there was dried snot on the wall it smelt like cigarettes and the shower knob came off was hair in the shower always underwear and bra and dress in the back of the door and food left in the fridge

it was more than I would want to pay for a place at that level

It was near quite a few restaurants.

The smell of the room was so severe like they tried to cover up a smell with cleaning product it was hard to breathe. And there were cockroaches I’m sure due to people long term staying and having food.

The smell inside the hotel and even worst in the room,plus cockroaches all over the room it was just nasty …

If would never come back here

there were literally roaches crawling on the wall, freezer door, and floor when we walked into our room, after checking in. the front desk man was nice, but after him telling us that other guests have had this same issue, it really through me off. i’d really appreciate a refund. I couldn’t even sleep that nice, disgusting!

the parking in limited in from of the hotel. Not safe as it is located surrounded by stores and restaurants.

Service at the front desk ( reservation) was too slow. Very bad. I had to wait for 45 minutes

Was staying too long there,the room I stayed in kept getting higher in prices and a couple of the staffs at desk in lobby are very rude and has no patience for deaf people ,cleaned my own room the whole time I stayed which was 2 and half months.

Okay for value and great for location.

The location is interesting; it's in the middle of Union Landing so the parking is shared with the local businesses (restaurants mostly, the movie theater wasn't too far away).

Hotel security was interesting. Someone was definitely smoking inside the stairwell during the rain because it smelled heavily of cigarettes.
