Check in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The bed was not as comfortable as previous stays have been. The door lock was flakey at best. They did not mention they were seal coating (black topping) the parking lot in that area and almost towed my SUV to another part of the parking lot. Luckily we were heading out at that point as they were not knocking on doors or anything.

Nothing really
Just because it's a cheap hotel doesn't mean it has to be so dirty. Dead cockroaches, a lot of bad cigarette smell, dirty sheets, there was no blanket, they didn't make our room, a total disaster

La ubicación
Si tienes niños te recomiendo que no te quedes en este hotel, literal es un putero de drogadictos y personas en situación de calle, en la mañana le partieron el vidrio a un carro y robaron

It is a lousy service. They say in the searchers (internet) that they offer breakfast and they only offer coffee but they do not give any breakfast. They should not offer breakfast for the different applications when it is a lie. I didn't win anything

Nothing!!
There was trash in the parking lot and thousands of cigarette buts out side our door. The room had a bad small and was very run down. I killed six roaches in the bathroom and one in the room. Needless to say, we did not say the second night. They did give us the money back for the night we didn't say. If it wasn't 11:30 pm when we checked in, we wouldn't have stayed the one night.

We liked the spacious room and the price point. The staff were also very friendly.
The bed was not very comfortable- a bit too firm for both my boyfriend and I. The shower was difficult to get hot water from- you had to turn the handle 360 degrees twice before you got to the hot water and there were no instructions on how to use it so it took us a while to figure out. There was a nightstand missing and broken lamp on one side of the bed. There were a number of dents in the walls and water damage in the bathroom. The burners on the stove took about an hour to heat up and an hour to cool off- so be careful! Additionally, they were very limited in how many pots/pans/dishes they had in stock so if you plan on cooking I recommend bringing your own. The complimentary breakfast was also very limited- just coffee and instant oatmeal/grits.

The location was great!
Didn't have hot water during our stay (thank GOD it was only for one night), and the staff was very nonchalant abt the issue and refused to put us in another room or even compensate us for half of our stay.
Basically, she said that there was nothing that they cld do and that they were aware of the problem.. "so you knowingly put us in a room that didn't hv hot water just to make a few bucks?" The place is run-down, and appliances are outdated. Hallways and stairs need to be pressure washed. There was a kitchenette but nothing to cook in... nevertheless, I advise you NOT to stay here!

The location was private, no one was a bother.
Property didn’t provide any wash cloths, when asked I was told that they didn’t have any and was given a hand towel, there wasn’t a pool, breakfast was provided in the very small lobby, the bathroom wasn’t very clean.

The room was dingy with stains all over. The carpet was dirty and old. The bathroom was old and had sticky floors. The doors were old and were rotted.

The place was filthy. My daughter got bed bug bites all over her, and it was infested with cock roaches... I should have known better when we pulled in and couldn't even find the office to check in... place needs to be shut down. .. we were suppose to stay 4 nights weade it thru one and left the second night at 10pm, after come g back from dinner and walking in our room with cock roaches all over the wall... disgusting and horrifying for my children

The location is pretty good! --i think that's about it.
Most of these questions I can't answer because I didn't even stay here!
Did I have a reservation?
Yes!
Did I show up at the hotel to get keys to my room?
Yes!
Were the doors to the lobby LOCKED and was there a handwritten note saying the hotel was overbooked and if anyone has a reservation thru booking.com to reach out to them for a refund???
YES!!!
Did I have to spend the next hour making a new last minute reservation from the parking lot of Extended Stay and pay extra money for another uber!??
Also, YES!!!
Yes, the doors to the lobby were locked! No one answered the phone when I called (and I even had email confirmation that a late check in was possible).... Also, (and I'm not making this up to make the review sound extra bad!) there were piles of dog poo outside the front enterance and it smelled so bad of dog. I have pictures and a video to prove it if you want to see.
It was the sketchiest experience! I felt so unsafe out there while waiting for my new Uber to show up and get me to another place.
Also, I'm aware that booking.com doesn't send any contact info of people who reserve rooms through their service (they only provide a name) - this seems super lame and unprofessional. The front desk of the other extended stay (that I ended up staying at) said that if extended stay needs to reach someone who reserved a room through boooking.com, there is NO WAY to call them!!! Isn't that kinda insane?
Pass this one on to the CEO... I'd demand more info from booking.com but....that's just me. 🤷🏽♂️

They area and the manager that was there Saturday morning was very nice and took care of the problemsi had Friday night with the room and Staff Jacki and Ivy.
Friday night after checking in the TV and bathroom light not working called to address the issue with the staff on duty Jacki and Ivy was told there was nothing they could do. And was told I had to wait til the following morning. When ask for a refund was told no and they wasn't gonna call the Manger. Sheriff was called. Because they wanted to get hostile with me about my money I spent..

Location, lowest price in area, but still high. The creamer in the breakfast pick up was thick and bizarre. Liked the garbage being dumped in the am.
Price seemed higher than it should've been for the facility. Breakfast choices very minimal

Not much
The first inconvenience, upon check-in they require $250 deposit.
Second thing, the reason I stayed with extended stay was for the kitchenette, they do not have pots, pans plate , flatware cups. You get a department size refrigerator, two burner pot plate, microwave, but no supplies.
Third thing, flat screen TV is like a 30-in, my computer screen is bigger than her TV.
Number four, and I checked into my room. There were still dirty towels and washcloths in the bathtub, trash can had not been empty, it had feminine products in it. The night I woke up with road trips going on top of me

Extended Stay was HORRIBLE!
Upgrade that I paid for was not available! And they did not give me my money back because they said Booking has to. We had to switch both rooms for stains on the top comforter and a water saturated floor in the other room.
The room that we settled for was also HORRIBLE, SMELLED ASN ROACHES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, I DIDN'T GET ANY SLEEP! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
