Do not book with this hotel and expect to check in after 11pm and not be stranded and charged.

Got to the hotel at 2:10 am after driving 9.5 hours. Called at 10pm and talked to front desk telling them that we’d be there around 3am. Front desk clerk told me it wasn’t a problem and to use the phone in the lobby and someone would check us in. Got to the hotel, after making two phone calls was told by the third party that took the call that the hotel marked us as a no show and already performed their audit and wouldn’t be giving us a room. Also, that there was no one at the property to even speak to about the issue. Was also charged for the room. After spending over a half hour on the phone I ended up having to leave and pay for another room at another hotel. Absolutely horrible service. Especially after I called ahead and we had driven so far and had to leave by 7:30 am. Very disappointed to say the least. Considering there wasn’t even an employee or manager at this site throughout the night, definitely a safety concern. I won’t book with them again.

Everything could have been better. Unfortunately, because they left us stranded in the middle of the night there isn’t much else to say at this time. Horrible horrible service.

in the room there was no hairdryer and coffee Machine , in the morning the 2 day I stay coffee jug was alway empty , the staff are on there phone instead looking after property

Okay place to sleep

The location was great.

Dust and cobwebs - evidence that details were not paid attention to. Worn out carpet. No breakfast foods one morning.

Fine for a night but definitely needs an update and new housekeepers

The staff was friendly and the booking process was easy. I like that they allow pets and the location is close to home for unexpected power outages.

The room needs repairs and major upgrades, there was a large nasty stain on the bed skirt and crumbs on the floor. Also mouse feces was found next to the bed. We did not stay our second night that we booked.

The price is great! Staff is awesome! Very convenient.

There was not a functional toilet paper holder, when I went to close the bathroom door, the handle came off in my hand. the only trash was the bathroom trash.

Only grabbed a protein bar one morning. Never got down during servicing time.

Bathroom floor and rug had dust in the corners. Smoke alarm was just hanging down. Dead flies in the kitchen light.

Hotel had no ice maker ...counter was chipped... advertise breakfast.stale muffin and.a breakfast bar was all there was .and outmeal... hotel could have been cleaner..way over priced for what i got ..i stayed at extended day in Westlake oh...day and night difference.. very dissatisfied

Location

The room was not clean, the previous persons garbage was still in the room. Groceries which had molded were left on the counter and in the fridge, there was no hair dryer. And a 3/4 empty case of beer was on the desk.
