L'hôtel qui est bien situé a tout ce dont on a besoin pour se sentir à l'aise et passer quelques jours agréables à Knoxville.
Tout le personnel est d'une gentillesse extrême et serviables.

They only have vallet parking unless you want to risk street parking
They didn’t have a microwave just a little odd

Bar was beautiful and a great spot to grab dinner. Valet was great and gentleman helping me was incredibly friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was quite overpriced for what you get.

The valet guys were very nice. The room was decent. The lobby was pretty
The lady at check in spoke very quickly and seemed bothered. The bathroom shampoo and body wash were empty, the view was not nice just a big dirt hole. The elevators were extremely slow.

Schönes Zimmer, verhältnismäßig günstige Parkmöglichkeit, Nähe zu Downtown
Die fehlende "Southern Hospitality" an der Rezeption (abends)

The location and the room was clean and just all around amazing.
The price of the drinks in the bar!

Breakfast was convenient, but a little overpriced.
Our room was a very good size, updated, clean, and well appointed.
Valet service was super fast and friendly, maybe a bit expensive ($35/nt.)
The welcome staff were super friendly and made us feel like regulars!
Water pressure in the shower was fantastic!
Maid service did not fill the toiletries built into the shower, so shampoo and shower gel were empty when I went to shower the first morning. However, when I told the front desk they addressed the issue immediately.
Room also didn't have an ice bucket or a microwave.

The parking garage across the street had modified cars loud up n down ramps on and off till midnight. Ut pokice finally shut it down. No fault if hotel.
Bathroom had dust n hairs around toilet and sink on floor. Mopped, but in corners where the hairs collected. Not huge issue, just fyi

The location was fantastic! We were close to the Sunsphere and market square where there are great restaurants. I recommend The Oliver Royale.
My car got towed, but that was my fault. Take advantage of the valet parking. It did say on site that we would have $20 valet, and it was $35 when we got there. It would have been helpful knowing this information before we got there.

It was a 5 min walk to the convention center and 15 min walk to the cute little downtown area with restaurants and bars. The hotel was Very clean with stylish and sophisticated decor. The room was also clean.
The room was very clean except for a dirty sock left in the closet. And the bathroom door had some issues closing and opening.

1 of the receptionist wasn´t that "nice"/helpful; as I had forgotten my room key and was asking for a 3rd one (as 2 keys I left in the room), she told her colleague to take a sep. note, me having now 3 room keys - as if I want to steel chipcards..... Felt very strange.

Knoxville is such a cute and quaint city! The area was clean, quiet and beautiful! I felt very safe walking around the shops and walking back to my hotel room. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very friendly! The food was very good! I ordered take out for dinner and then had breakfast before heading out of town. My room was very clean, the bed and linens were very soft and comfortable. Excellent experience!

The hotel itself is quite nice- comfy beds, welcome sign when you enter room. Nice bar, decent food.
Staff is very unwelcoming. Horrible experience with reservation. Hotel tried to say I wasn’t there for one room (booked and stayed in 2 rooms—was reassigned room numbers, per hotel, because of an early arrival), tried to charge me for 3 rooms. Overcharged for parking, no room service, small bathrooms.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff.
Unfortunately if you are looking for amenities they are not at this location.
$20 parking fee was steep considering they own the building. This was not disclosed in the listing.
No microwave in the room or at minimum, the floor.
Nothing for breakfast. For this price at least offer coffee, juice, and a few pastries.

it’s on the edge of the University of Tennessee and overlooks the World’s Fair pavilion. it’s is one of a unique group of properties called the Tapestry collection-themed with buttons to showcase its past making various items from cotton. The decor is modern, the small bar and cozy restaurant have interesting offerings.
the staff are friendly and very interested in connecting with the travelers!
The $20 additional parking fee.
