The floors were extremely dirty, as though they had not been cleaned in days.
The cleanliness of the room.
3.1
No breakfast at the hotel. The McDonald’s nearby was creepy.
The area seems to be crawling with homeless people. It’s just sad and potentially not safe. The security was reassuring but the fact that you need security was concerning and demonstrated.

It's a good location except for dishonest staff
I stayed in room 434 two days ago, in west Phoenix, forgot a charger and two charger cables for my iPhone.
When I called back for two days I was given the run around until they said they didn't have them.
The staff stole them.

Nice and spacious rooms. Overall, the rooms were clean and tidy. Drena(I believe that was her name) at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. Comfy beds.
Floors and carpet were a little dirty. Hallways smelled like weed. Neighborhood seems sketchy. Sofa bed needs a new mattress.

En general el hotel está muy sucio y descuidado
Sucio y muy descuidado

The roads were uneven leading up to the property. Right next to the property tents of homeless people were set up.

We got to the hotel 30 minutes early and they wanted to charge us $30 to check in early. Also, there were so many homeless tents on the side of the hotel, with crack heads walking around and trying to enter the hotel. On the other area of the hotel parking lot there was a lot of prostitution going on. It made us feel uneasy and uncomfortable walking in. Had we known we would not of stayed at this hotel. We have had no problem staying at this hotel in other city’s but this one really was unexpected.

Everything was great
I didn't have anything to complain about

Nothing! We were given the room that had a broken AC unit and a phone with no buttons not even a cord from the phone to the wall and I have still yet to receive my refund
Gave me my refund at time of checkout. The only reason we checked out was because the AC did not work in the room.
3.1
The room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning was very effective (a necessity in temperatures of 110-115 outside), and the staff was perfectly fine.

location is the reason I'm always there
no coffee pot to make coffee ,no USB hook up for cell phones, no wake up call at time I asked for 1 garbage can,one of beds where damp linen tried getting ahold of staff thru phone several times no answer from phone till morning went downstairs to let th

The front desk receptionist was ,for a lack of better words, disturbed.

Fire alarm went off at 6 in the morning and didn’t shutoff for 10 minutes. Lady at the front desk said she would comp my night. It was a horrible and freighting experience to say the least. I would like a full refund. I have videos of the incident.

Location was ideal for our family gathering.
Noise level was over the top. Roads into and out of the hotel were in bad shape. The exit driveway had a large 1 foot deep pot hole that was left unmarked. If a car hit that it would definitely damage the car and leave it stuck. Not many decent restaurants nearby. Room had broken light which also served to provide power to iron (but didn’t work). Microwave had a bright blue light that we had to cover up to sleep and freeway noise was crazy loud as if there was no window. Out card keys stopped working on 2nd day and required us to get them reset.

The check in was extremely slow. They made all of us show our ID even though we were a family -parents almost 70, kids 35+. The whole place reeked of pot. The halls and rooms were extremely dirty. Blood on the mirrors, bedding stained, tub and toilet gross. Sounded like rats in the walls! Felt very unsafe. Just nasty.
3.1
room was clean
We wanted to watch a movie but that was not available to us.
3.1
It was a good area and very quiet
I don’t have nothing bad to say
